Great! I've been doing ground-based movement daily for almost 10 years now...and I still consistently uncover new layers and variations. It's all a process of exploring the nuances. Every practice is a new practice when you center curiosity and creativity.
For the past 6 yrs. I have been practicing yoga. And when I found your practice on TH-cam (about 2 yrs. ago) I started implementing your practice with yoga. With the combination of the 2 it has given me a greater interest in strength and flow. I love flowing with you. I would like to know where you get a round mat like the one you use in your video. Thank You for keeping my interest in body movement. 😊

Most of these flow / mobility practices are set at a "warm up" intensity already. That's relative though so I would encourage you to check-in with yourself and do whatever you feel is best for your body. Thanks so much for watching ✌🏽
