This is known to many old time goldsmiths in India since ages....our grandpa was a goldsmith and we, children used to play with mercury and navasaram when he was not in the shop...
I knew this was going to happen as soon as he said the temperature is going to rise, because he hadn't taken into consideration the material of the vessel. It was aluminium and it will also react with the mix. My best guess is that the old people must be doing this reaction in a mud pot or a stone pot or an iron pot. Ah, now he uses an earthen pot! So he confirms it was aluminium, so good, because I was wondering if it was hindalium vessel, but when he was lifting it, it felt light weight compared to hindalium, so my best guess was aluminium.

This was incomplete dude there was further important steps and we never do reaction of sulphur in Aluminum container we take seremic or pot but instead of sulphur we mainly take silver because in our mythology silver is among very pure metals and I hope some could have cleared here if we you sulphur with lemon in Aluminum container it will be exothermic reaction which releases lot of heat so we generally take pot.
I am not good at chemistry but I do know is it is not Mythology. All these are not myths, but it is a part of our history

World's first airplane made from mercury fuel in india. In india many people devoted in reasearch on mercury . In our ancient books it is devine metal and can achieve human benificial.
We have a huge mercury shivling in out village. About the size of a normal person. It's made the same way they used to. With all the Vedic knowledge and all. I think it's the biggest in the world or Asia. I'm not a 100% sure. The village is Vahelal in Ahmedabad district. It's called pardeshwar mahadev. In Hindi, para (spelt 'paaraa') means mercury.
