- Did you know that Indonesia, which has the largest Muslim population in the world, is made up of hundreds of different ethnic groups? Previously, we’ve covered the ideal beauty standards that exist for females in various Asian countries in the past and in this video, you are going to find out what’s considered attractive in Indonesia. You see, many Indonesian women wear what is known as hijab, so the question is, how do the hijabs influence the beauty standard in Indonesia? We hit the streets of Jakarta to find out.

Fair skin and big eyes seem to be the common standard of beauty in most of East Asia.
As long I have clear skin. Dark or light doesn't matter.
Actually, this content is good. But the questions are kinda.... Lost.
I might get a lot of hate on this but. Suggestion. Can you please not make everything involving indonesia about hijab or religion? Maybe find a topic that won't involve any "religion view" and just Indonesian as general? And maybe get a more diverse interviewee? I feel that those that are not wearing hijab rarely have a say on anything
Asian Boss seems can't let hijabi Indonesian alone. Every issues should relate with hijab.
Indonesian ideal beauty standard : fair skin. That's the reality. Many Indonesian girls want to have fair skin like East Asian Girls. In fact, Indonesian girls have exotic and beautiful skin but when you have that type of skin, you'll be considered as black
I live in Germany and I wish the people here would also smile that often and care more about being polite and kind like they do in Indonesia.
I already went to Indonesia, and I am happy that they have no official beauty standard. Even when media said white skin and being thin are great but not all girls have to apply that, and they are naturally pretty.

I think there is no ideal beauty standard in indonesia. Cause we have a lot of culture. And all of their answer is subjective.

no hate.. i'm indonesian too but i think asianboss should really put titles that represents their video... this video should be titled "indonesia's beauty standard and their relativity to hijab"
