For me doing hourglass challenge by Chole Ting was almost killing. I got discouraged. Was not able to shed even a gram. Then I came across your videos. I don't know how to thank you. It's been 3 months and I lost 20kgs already. Love you mam. Immense respect. Although need 10kgs more to loose. But my waist and belly are already toned. No more love handles or that saggy belly. I wish I could meet you in person and hug u mam❤️

Sorry for replying late. I followed her upper back workout, slim your waist in 7 days challenge, and reduce your upper abs and lowers abs challenges. For love handles I didn't do anything specific. But please note that I didn't follow same exercises for long. I keep changing my workout regimes per week. So all in all I have done up until now all of her waist, upper body, abs and thigh regimes. Yeah as far as dieting is concerned, to trim myself down to 70 from 85 kgs yes I did extensive dieting. I practically chopped off 3/4th of my daily diet however I didn't stop dairy products/salt/sugar at all. I am from Up, India so tea is my first love. I can skip meals completely but I just can't live without tea. I drink tea twice in a day. And I never add a single drop of water to tea. All milk and 3 tablespoons of sugar. I went in depth of my tea ingredients just to Portray a fair picture of what eat and what I don't. Hope you guys found that useful 😁
