    Okay so I've been doing this for more than 2weeks now and I feel like I should review it. So most of you will have a misconception that this works for overall back fat. It only works for upper back and it works wonders. I've seen a huge change. In quarantine I gained so much accumulated fat on my back and so mostly my clothes were tight from the back area. I'd totally reccomend this. Dont wait for others results just try it on your own. And I'd highly recommend any kind of cardio with it too. I was walking 30min and was also doing another 8 min workout for upper back of susana.

    Big fan of urs I'm working mother and I do ur Excerises only for 2-3 times in a week and trust me they are so effective.. I can see results even if I'm not consistent with them

    I should try this because I woke up yesterday and couldn't stand up straight. I dance everyday however not yesterday and only 10 minutes today. Hopefully this can strengthen my lower back into my hips

      Guys i got amazing results. Though i wasn't able to do entire 3 sets on daily basis but i can see my bra bulge has reduced and i am feeling gud to wear any cloth. Thanks Susana. Lots of love

    Another great video. I only started using trx a year ago. Watched alot of videos and followed instructions but your technique is by far the best. The slow negatives and squeezing are really good. Have u any pointers on a slightly sore, what u think is a rotator cuff injury? I've never really warned up before but I've started since watching your videos
