- Had the idea of playing with as many mods in ETS2 as possible. This was the result. Could I use more? Yes, but even at this point the game is to inconsistent.

I'm currently running 150+ on one of ETS2 profiles. A lot of work at first but once you figure out what conflicts with what, easy going from then on..then only adding one mod at a time to try out.
Right now I've reached 116 active mods, only with vintage trucks and low deck variants (due to sogard3 with its magnificent Megaliners💘) and hct semi-trailers by Kast (madly in love with those semi-trailers, especially the Närko💋). But after seeing this.. DAMN MILAN!!! I'm afraid it will make the list longer.. 🤘🤪🔫
Milan, you should look through all the obscure and odd mods and showcase some. Some of them are hilarious but very fun!😹

Runned 180 mods once, now I run 161 worth of 101 GB. It can be done, but you must know what you are doing. :)

@@thibaut24 You must being using poor quality mods or having them in the wrong order. Theres a video by Wombat Trucker on here on theres a forum page on Promods site which might be able to help you. I run on average about 65 to 70 mods I have a RTX 3080 TI and have little to no problems regarding performance
Same I round about 131 right now and ran 197 at one point.
I had an total of 36 mods in both truck games by SCS software. That was really cool, but not too good with the lag though :)
I got 33 total on an Rx 550, though mostly cargo mods that don't slow the game down.
Lags means wrong order somewhere

Well I have 250 mod aprox (map, trucks, trailers, companies, real effects, real companies, skins, accesories, real traffic and others mod I don't remember) and nice video.

Having all these Mods active at once makes me wonder what your PC Specs are? & is the game installed on a HDD, SATA or M.2?
I used to just have it installed on my HDD but now have ETS2 installed on a SATA drive, it has eliminated all the stutters from when I was entering a built up area
My friend I kid you not when I say I had 246 active mods on ets2 just the other day. I'm not saying it wouldn't crash at some point but very rarely at certain Promods cities. It's certainly doable, with proper load order and keeping the mods up to date. However I must say the mod folder itself was like 26 gigabytes. Cheers!

Like fr? I have now approx. 100 mods in my main profile and they've been already reduced. I had like 140 or 150 max. Can't imagine to play this game in any other way. When you just pay enough attention to which mods you download and in which order you place them, everything will work just fine.👍

Im using map combo pack, which is nearly 110 mods, and using another 80-90 mods, realistic physics etc.... So i have around 200-210 mods

I already run close to 100 mods and my game is fine, then again its mostly map mods and jazzycat traffic packs along with some other misc ones
i have 149 mods and it works great only inportant thing that the mods shoul be in a specific order so in the game does not crash or has gliches

I have 150 mods active in one profile without any problem. 180 different trucks, 185 different trailers ,170 employes. This was only 10.252 hours nothing more :)

Any engine performance for ets2?
I have 145 mods and reshade and it runs good, from 50 to 70 fps. The fps does not stay still for a frickin second tho

I have 80 mods and everything works perfect
The only problem is when the game updates to a new version and I have to update EVERY SINGLE MODE(we exclude the mods from the workshop:) )
You can turn off update on steam for ets2 and you do need download mods normaal way some light mods can stil be use from steam.
Last i play 2 yrs with same mods no update. Some times i skip update when noting in for me to like

130? Amateurs... I have 209. And i had to use the FPS Boost Guide AND Economic FPS to limit the frame to 30 fps so i can get a really stable experience.
Now 131 mods stil missing scania NG and volvo fh16 2012 and daf 105 when i get them + mods i sit over 160 mods and 99 % stabiele

I ran an acc with 400 mods active on a 30 fps laptop it took me an hour to lock on

To be fair it lags quite a fair bit (my pc is low spec) and crashes occur from time to time due to some low quality mods. Definitely doable though if you're committed enough.
