at 3:16 you can see van in the mirror trying to avoid collision with sudden braking by trying to move over to the side, which is also cool feature!

You can still by new "old" Trucks (5:03) actually. If you already have one, you can go to the normal truck dealer, then switch to my configurations and then you can still buy the old trucks new. You can also still change them in that menu
i love the automatic high beams feature. we really wouldnt want to upset the imaginary vehicles and their imaginary drivers by shining our high beams into them.
Often it's quite useless. But sometimes it help to predict - is there traffic around corner.)

Yes, I noticed and I think that's very useful. They have good traffic lights and they know how to built a good Ford truck! (Hope to test the Ford Max irl some day).
7:00 Not all not closed side ways or roads are hidden roads.) When you see not closed road and trying to enter it - the invisible barrier will stop you. And in ATS - you can even fall of under the map.
I was asking SCS to make hidden roads reveals it self when you passing near by, like Truck dealers and Hire agencies.
Playing with disabled barriers makes this literally 1 to 0% chance to find. I found just one when accidentally missed the turn on gravel road.

"Dirty" vehicles are just made-up skins, you won't see those mentioned vehicles "clean". A little dirty was also SCS's Skoda Fabia mk.1. I am surprised they really moved older trucks to used dealer only, finally some realistic thing.
Yeah i know one. If you use the adaptive cruise control and set it to 40, 30 or 20m, when traffic overtakes, they will only merge once they reached the distance you setted.
But when they take an exit to a rest area, your truck will follow there speed until you passed them, wich is a pain...
Most frustrating thing is in roundabouts like the AI just randomly crashes with you
Seeing AI trucks entering them in the left lane is such a nonsense...

0:40 No, they delay even without mods. And you have to switch them manually because they often not compare with rain.
Tip when buying used truck look for a truck that have minimal part wear, for example I bought DAF with small part wear and with pernament wear around 20% It is cheaper and works perefctly fine, If you buy truck with low pernament wear and high part wear it wont work so you need to replace that parts and that is much expensive
Caution: high permanent wear trucks will require restoration or replacement sooner. Workers will refuse to drive at ≥30℅.

Also, if you're a Promods user, you definitely knew about the jesus truck thing. So many places (especially up north) where you can just drive right off into the barren sea.

Automatic wipers in real life are like that, they have a certain delay because the sensor needs to capture the water droplets on the windshield, they probably wanted to increase the realism by adding delay

WOW! that's spooky as the other day when I was trying some of the different Features in Key Settings to see what they do I was wondering if you had a video like this & you made one😮.
One I like which you can assign to a key is in "Camera Controls" "Steering Based Camera Rotation" which makes your head rotate left or right as you turn the steering which is really cool on Country Roads & at Intersctions, It is annoying when Reversing though so I turn it off to stay looking out the window at the Mirror even when turning the Steering.
Ps I like that Starter Garage, so much better looking than the UK one.
There is a setting to turn the steering based camera rotation off when reversing, it does it automatically when you shift into reverse.
Small but would be very cool and useful, working sun blinds for those beautiful sun sets
One time I notice some ETS2 trucks have double fuel tanks and some trucks don't have.

Interesting fact about high beams - if you use those at daytime AI vehicles will blink their high beam passing you to notify you its on

The bullbar thing is very helpful for ets2m on the calais to duisburg road
I use auto retarder to slow down with cruiser control when going downhill. Just set cruise control 5 km/h lower than the speed you want and retarder will keep you at the speedlimit
I started using it long time ago before engine braking while cruise control is on wasnt invented, so the only way to automatically brake was autoretarder.

The delay in the activation of the automatic wipers is not because of the mod i've noticed it to, and i have no mods installed.
Hey bro i wanted to ask .I recently bought a scania S and i modified it with belka accesories and sisls mega pack and some co driver mod .So after only purchasing the truck i cant use the infotainment display of the truck .I tried removing the mods but still it didnt work
You need to contact the person you bought the truck from. That sounds like the mod has a problem with the infotainment.

Well this is mostly a channeling from 1.49 - for me personally there was literally nothing new but others found out something new so it makes some kind of sense that it exists.
It would be cool if they added the noise of tipping trailers and log trailers when your empty when you go over a bump the log trailers would rattle even tippers they'd rattle and bamg etc from the body
the foldable seat is available on the DAF XG+ and XG

Actually the auto high beams only work if the traffic is facing you , not if the vehicles are in front of you. I don't know how this works IRL.
@@fedelucca36Well how they should work but especially Volkswagen cars are fantastic to ignore cars in front and oncoming traffic at highways and just activate the high beam whatsoever.

Have you installed it to your savegame? If yes it should appear as a tab saying "Krone" under atandard trailers in the trailer shop

The more I observe this update, fhe more. I think they want it all as automatic as possible.

Then don't use those features, problem solved.
They mainly adding features that the trucks themselves have.
Theres nothing wrong with it since the options can be disabled.
Like with H shifter you can just switch gearbox layout to the truck your driving.

For me automatic high veams are very frustrating feature

@@MilanTrucker when I'm driving on the highway, there's no one in front of me and there are vehicles from the neighboring direction, and then the high beams literally dim instead of being on or off

hmm, I usually use retarder manually, and like I do use it whenever possible, but is the automatic one really realistic?
its nice in motorway traffic when you want to just slightly slow down gently without any jolts. Try it you'll like it

Semi rigs would sink when on water, especially with a load hooked on. Whoever mode that feature didn't realize about the gravitational physics of heavy weight on water.
