"top 10 best" you mean strongest? If so you're far from being remotely correct, also half these moves are telegraphed too well and get perfect blocked, and sphere of destruction doesn't land 90% of the time

If u want to test reverse mabusenko make the cpu do a ultimate ki move(in training mode) then use reverse mabusenko
