hey broooo, thanks to your review and jarrodtech's I ended up getting the Eluk RP 15 (2060 variant) the 28th of last month. also, I am both a gamer and content creator! I absolutely HATE screens that have off colors, it has to be color accurate or at least close enough that it doesn't look like garbage.
@@lunartigersora4690 good choice, and I bet it's cheaper now a days. I agree and generally we say stay away from laptops with cheaper panels - you're bound to find a laptop at a similar price point with a color accurate panel.
@@bronztech $700 used bare bones, it is great for what it is. Battery needs replaced but other than that it's in great condition! I expected grade C/B but it looks and feels like open box, but I might've gotten lucky. Mine even has the D-brand skin on it, I won the used lottery for it. The screen looks absolutely amazing too, I can compare it to my asus tuf 144hz 1ms monitor. I've been looking for a keyboard cover for it but it seems they don't exist-

Thanks for making a wonderful review, this really helped me a lot, and i been thinking of getting the Msi gf76 and the spec and overall reviews i got from the list is astounding, but i really hope it had more rgb since i wanted a colorful gaming setup, and my budget is around $1500 to buy a gaming laptop with great spec which could run great game's at a high settings and a rgb built in, i'm also fascinated with the acer rog and especially with the m15 Advanced addition but they are too expensive compared to my budget but i want to know your opinion on what is the best gaming laptop you could suggest?
what is the minimum req hz for video editing (1:44) is pro level editing possible on laptop , i mean who does it? which laptop is ready for baselight or resolve?
Is this msi katana gf66 i7 11 gen with rtx 3060 i hear from people msi thermal is trash and its overheating which lead thermal throttle how is this possible with 6heat pipe with 2fan with alot of ventilation compare to other brand of same price ?
I bought the katana gf66 3070 i7 12 gen I have nothing to complain about, the game I create my projects I keep running for days and it doesn't crash at all. I work with Dell workstation 10 gen with 12 xeon cores and this one is almost 200 times faster in everything. I really liked this machine. There are better machines, but this one suits me very well. Msi will never be inferior to accer, helios, lenovo, dell... This brand fights with brands like sager, alienware, razer etc... It's simple but very well built.
Idk about this one but I got the MSI Sword a couple years ago because it looked ok on paper for the low price and it was total garbage. Didnt feel high quality at all and it couldnt even play a simple game like roller coaster tycoon 3 without lagging severely. Happy i went with the asus rog g14 which handles everything smoothly for the portability. Looking into the lenovo legion 5 pro since it's only like $1399 right now. Dont care too much about the specific fps as long as its smooth
Are you saying the you can't connect the lap top onto a moniter? Cus It has an HDMI on the side so ima just use that, or are you talking about something completely different?
I just got it today. I leave it plugged in all the time. If you want a decent gaming laptop with windows 10 get it. Everything is switching to windows 11 and it sucks.
I call and did some research on thus laptop i even ask tech support what I did not know if force you to use on bored video some thing I did not know l even took to too bestbuy the setting they change it too they told me it will only use the gpu and it's doing the same thing when l game it will use both gpu and one bored video some thing I do not get why they last l know 2 can not run at the same time that us not true they do msi dose not let you as right now I'm calling them to ask them why this not letting me only use the gpu before I take it back i do not know if all gaming laptops do this. It's my first I know which desktops it will disabled on bored graphics

Look for measurements of color accuracy on a laptop - minimum is 100% sRGB

Legion 5 is great but might be too heavy for my liking. I have the 4060 version ready to review stay tuned

why is only having 144hz but not freesync/gsync bad for content creators and photo editors?
GSync / freesync is only useful for gaming. I’d look at color accurate measurements for photo/video editing.
