First of all thanks for sharing these amazing recipes. Second of all, I love your passion for camp cooking. You can really see it in your videos. Now here is one of my camp recipes that I can cook in on one pan or pot. I get a bag of Knorr's cheddar/broccoli flavored rice. Put it in a pot or pan with 2 cups water. I actually put the rice in then boil the water stirring occationally, then once it boils, I lower the temperature and let it simmer for 7 - 10 minutes. Sometime during the 7-10 minutes, I add a packet (Like a tuna packet) of Wild Alaska Pink Salmon then stir that in and later I add some frozen or thawed frozen peas to the mix in the same pan. Keep stiring so it doesn't burn or stick to the bottom. Once it is done, I mix in sour cream to taste roughly 1/2 cup for me. Then I may or may not crunch up some potato chips to cover it once I serve it. It tastes amazingly like tuna cassorole and you can make it all in one pot in 10 minutes. Nothing really to prepare ahead of time. Plus it is super cheap. The rice is about a dollar, the tuna is about $1.50 to $2.50 depending where you buy it the peas are a dollar but you don't use the whole bag and same with the sour cream. It serves 1-2 people. Douple the recipe for more people. BTW you could sub the Salmon for tuna, but I personally think the salmon tastes better in this mix. Cheers

Thank you @azxp , I've gotta try your recipe. I really love the idea of using packets of salmon and tuna!!! And, the easy-on-the-wallet aspect is perfect!
