Did I say Texas chili had beans? I really don’t remember without watching the whole thing through again. I know I prefer beans, Chili without beans is just Meat Soup, but I’m not from Texas, I’m from Mississippi.
I'm a life long Texan and I call BS, I love beans in my chili, chili is how you like it not how someone says it should be. I don't put beans in if its going to be a topping like on a hot dog or burger but a bowl of chili with beans is the bomb. Also I don't put any tomato products what so ever in my chili only chilis and I use dried chilies that I hydrate and blend in a blender, real chili in other words.

I can't ever use any of those seasoning because of all the crap they have in them. I have to make my own seasoning from scratch.
