I just realized how funny it would be to use this mod with the build anywhere mod and stick a rowboat up in a tree near a large body of water like one of the lakes or something. Give it that feel of "hey the nuke dropped a few miles away and the resounding shockwave launched this rowboat out of the lake and stuck it in a tree!"
Theres a drivable boat mod, but you just cant stand on a moving entitiy I'm the games engine so instead you can use a minigun, theres also a jeep with a minigun you can drive by the same creator
Little tip : you can move objects closer or further from you. Don't know how on PC though. And thanks for not using flashy boobs mods, that really makes your content more enjoyable that 95% of the other channels

Also, I really suggest Place Everywhere for this mod - you can do whatever you want when using it.
This is great so far far I only have 8 ships for my minute man navy and the large barge and my favorite dauntless sub now my navy can have a fleet thanks for showing me this great mod
+Velociraptors of Skyrim That would require very advanced scripting. Real time moving vehicles took a few years to be created in New Vegas (not sure about Skyrim, not a fan).
Eve, Lady of the Elven Cats I think it might have, because I recently saw a few mods that had some moving vehicles. But who knows, I heard they reused the Skyrim engine for this game.
It has been renamed Port Royale and you can use the Under Foot mod to give it navmeshing. (which I do for the prefab Homemaker stuff... www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9874/?
If you have the time, DO have a look at Ethreon's "Vanilla Extensions"... It. Is. Un-feckin-believeable! Also, Ethreon's mods have been navmeshed... All is good!

Those build options are pretty usable in any settlement, as shacks and walkways and such.
Would have been better if you put the boats somewhere more appropriate say....Oh I don't know maybe.... THE WATER :) just say'n

There are several settlements that have water to build in including Sanctuary, Nordhagen Beach and Taffington Boathouse.

Nice I can use this with the 155mm howitzer and build a barge gun platform/mobile fort well "mobile" fort.
I so much like this mod. I am most liking the White fishing boat. With Conquest and Supply Lines Extented it´s good.
