    Congratulations on your weight and starting your youtube channel.🎉👏🏾 May I suggest that when you make these videos, you ad before-and-after pictures. It would greatly improve your veiws, especially if you use the side by side pictures as a thumbnail.

I’m trying to give ADF a try “faithfully” in these last 4 months of the year. I’d love to lose around 40 to 60lbs by beginning of 2025.

    Amazing! Congratulations.
    I fast until 11am and stop eating at 7pm. It hasn’t worked for me. 😩

      What are you eating when you come off the fast. If you want to see results you have to eliminate all carbs, process foods, juice, soda, and sweets. You will not see results if you fast and continue to eat foods that are not good for you. Ther is so much efficiency out there to so that fasting works for everyone. Try to get the book the Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs. If you do it the way he says in the book, you will lost at least 10 pounds. Good luck. 👍

      Good afternoon, thank you for your encouragement. You can start by reading the book, The Masta Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs. If you practice what's in this book, it will help reset your taste buds and you will also take off at least 10 pounds. Also, you can try eating in an 8 hour window. This is called intermittent fasting. I usually eat between 12 PM and 8 PM. After 8PM I don't eat anything else and I wait until 12PM the next day before eat. Try also eliminating some carbs.

    Congratulations, stopping those favorite bad foods is definitely the struggle... also skipping breakfast when that's my favorite meal 😮

      Thank you. Remember you can have breakfast after 12pm. When I say skip breakfast I'm talking about the time you start to eat for the day. So many benefits of intermittent fasting. You can do it.

      I have not been drinking apple cider vinegar. I haven't seen that video from Dr. Price. I have always seen the opposite said from other Dr's. Dr. Breg. And Dr. Mindy Pelz.

      I finally got a chance to look up the video from Dr. Price. Amazing information. Thank you for sharing that. I will leave that link in one of my videos. People need to know this. I'm so glad I just been fasting. Fasting is the safe and natural way to cure disease and lose weight.

While reading the book you can start with intermittent fasting. Skip breakfast and fast 12 to 8 or whatever 8 hr window fits your lifestyle. If you can cut out some carbs. That will help alot.
