Fried clams with black bean sauce and vermicelli｜incredibly delicious | RESTAURANT STANDARD!!

The clams used today are directly collected from the beach. The seafood itself is so delicious, and there is no need to add too much seasoning. I have only used green shallot, ginger, cooking wine and light soy sauce to season this fish. It is so flavourful and you can taste the freshness of the clams.
