What App for iphone? Spectroid is only for Android. I have a Ruger Precision rimfire and I added rubber bushings at the end of the handguard/Barrel to stop any movement. Basically removed the free floating barrel. I will add the barrel tuner as well.
There's a worksheet that calculates the ammo speed and optimum time or frequency based on the barrel length and ammo speed. If you have a chronograph, to measure your ammo, you can plug that into the spread sheet. Let me know if you have questions.
@@TunerPlinker i just saw your other video with all the equations and stuff and it turns out im not smart enough to understand it lol. thanks anyway tho looks like a good reference.
@@TunerPlinker lmao buddy or kid whatever you are you couldn't be more wrong. Harmonics has been tried and failed as a tuning solution for 22 rimfire. I've been a 22 br shooter for 10 years and no one at the top tunes using harmonics! NO ONE! IM A TOP 25 ARA SHOOTER. What are your credentials?

Again very interesting,
Glad you enjoyed it

Not sure on iphone. I am sure iPhone have similar audio analyzer app.
Just uploaded a new video on how to set the barrel tuner mathematically: th-cam.com/video/OzYbdFGbONU/w-d-xo.html
details on actual process/calculations would be great, good effort but your not really saying much without that info.
Watch this video: th-cam.com/video/OzYbdFGbONU/w-d-xo.html. Then go to the comment section to download my spreadsheet. Hope this helps.

It still doesn't shoot that well
How long is your barrel and what ammo did you use?
Did you chronograph you shots?
What did you do to tune it? Using collars?
I also noticed that different devices running Spectroid app have different frequency plots.
Also, my MTR barrel is extremely hard to tune compare to the Proof Research barrel.
Lmao this isn't tuning
It works. Saves ammo too.
You should see the groups it makes after tuning.
