About this Deep Yoga Stretch Class
Howdy friends! Welcome to this 30 min yoga class, designed for a deep, full body stretch. This yoga class is a great way to enhance flexibility and release tension throughout your entire body. This class is slower paced so we melt into the postures but we still focus on adynamic movement and a range of yoga asana to muscle groups throughout the body.
During this yoga for flexibility class, we'll hold and move through various poses that are designed to work not just the muscles, but also the fascia - the connective tissue that can often contribute to tightness. We help to release any built-up tension, promoting a greater range of motion and flexibility.
As you flow through these yoga stretches, you’ll notice not only a physical release but also a calming effect on your nervous system, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a mental as well as physical reset.
This yoga class is suitable for most levels, from beginner yogis to more advanced yogis, looking to deepen their practice.

I just stayed in frog pose without that last restorative stretch and wow, frog pose has never felt so good. There was proper form and my mind wasn’t screaming to get out of it. What a change from when I first encountered this pose.

Hello, this looked like a great class, our group is all levels like you said at the beginning. Unfortunately, it was too difficult for the beginners and mid level. We ended up finding a series from someone named Adriene which felt like a wider scale of experience. Thanks anyway 😊

How important is it for the feet to point outward in frog pose?
Many people say it's helpful to flex the foot to "protect the knee". Others say when you're in floor poses, flex the parts of the body touching the floor.
Overall, if it feels good to not flex your foot, then don't do it!

Nice flow but it felt like you forgot the alternate, easier poses for most of the session. Only progressive positions within the poses were offered for the majority until the last 2 poses.
I appreciate the feedback. I try to not over cue in classes as it can take away from the experience but I'll try better to incorporate both an easier and more advanced variation. Thank you!
