Roger Lenz you clearly havnt heard the Jupiter amoeba dust band, they f##king rock brother, check them out 🤠they are touring Pluto and Charon at the moment but should be around earth orbit in 2346, I’ve already sorted tickets for myself 🤓
How can a 3 piece band make such beautiful , powerful music. Todays band's need to watch and learn . I still cant believe Neil is gone . Rest In Peace our friend
My very first ever rock concert in 1981. First two songs played were 2112 in it's entirety followed by The Spirit Of Radio. You can't beat that for an introduction to live rock & roll!
I have watched this many times and yes as you do get older experience and innocence does slip away. This is a wonderful tribute to 3 very fine musicians ... Still brings a tear to my eyes.....
I am so proud I saw Rush on the Time Machine and Clockwork Angels Tours. I feel bad for those who never saw them. It was two of the greatest nights of my life. I'm happy they're in retirement. They needed a break from all of this. I will never forget those nights. :D
Saw them over a dozen times in concert and would never hesitate to pay whatever price was necessary to see them again. Had the good fortune to be able to take my kids to see them in concert on three separate occasions - Time Machine, Clockwork Angels, and R40. My wife and I always thought of their concerts as the ultimate "three hour tour" because you could always be relatively sure of spending at around three hours in the stadium watching the show. Epic level musicians showing epic levels of friendship performing epic levels of music for fans that they show epic levels of love and appreciation for.
Rush, Cream, Blue Cheer, the Police, the Jam......can't think of any other trios off the top of my head, but I'd definitely put Rush right after Cream in the top slot.
3:50 "And the sign said "the words of the prophets are written on the Subway walls.../For the word of the profits were written on the Studio Wall; and tenement Halls.../Concert Hall; and whispered in the Sound of Silence./And echoes with the Sound of Salesman."
seeing this trio of celestial musicians is the accomplishment of my life .....it' s as simple as that .... thank you RUSH for the music as good as Mozart or Beethoven in there time .........
Only a person who loves Rush and has seen them live know that heart warming feeling when they play the first song at a concert. Once you hear the music, see the lights, the screen, and the feel emotion of a Rush concert, no other band can offer the same feeling! Rush for life!
Now that you've seren us, I'd like to turn the house lights up so I can take a look at you. Wow, hello out there. It's a big place, man. You're beautiful. Thank you very much.
Ohhh my gosh!! Why can't I just listen to this song with the volume at 1/2 max. You can bet your ass I just decreased the time that I'll be getting fitted for a hearing aid when I'm an old geezer!!
Everyone can say whatever they want about who Neal Peirt looks like. Let's see anyone of you play those drums like he can through a whole damn concert!!
The ultimate sleeper guitar player. Alex Lifeson is a legendary player.
Alex Lifeson...also top-ten all time under-rated guitar player! Killer!
Why would someone consider Alex underrated? I think you're a little mixed up
For me he is not underrated and he is one of the best guitar players ever.
I do love rush music forever the music are life...
This entire act is beyond god tier, they’re a 3 piece! They do things that would be hard for a band of like 6 people to perform
RIP Neil Peart. One of the greatest on the drums.
AtomicGeo “the greatest”...
The “ Professor “ 👏
one of the greatest?he was the greatest, never forget.Rush is not the best band from the world, they are the best band from the galaxy.

Most underrated band of all time.
Tied with Rainbow I'd say.
definitely not under rated
except theyre not underrated
years later they are still packing out arenas and stadiums.... not really underrated lol
Not underrated, but still an INCREDIBLE band.
A legend never forgotten. Spinning sticks in heaven. Carry on

Rest In Peace World’s Greatest Drummer.
Best band ever - RIP MR. PEART
I love Getty Lee’s voice bc it interests me. It’s so so so close to just sounding completely off, and it just works for some reason
I have watched this many times and yes as you do get older experience and innocence does slip away. This is a wonderful tribute to 3 very fine musicians ... Still brings a tear to my eyes.....

Evan Gori Clockwork Angels is an amazing album. Didn't seem to get much airplay or recognition unfortunately.
Bill O'Brien absolutely gutted
I never did. But I pretend to make up for it by pushing their legacy foward. I can only hope.
"I feel bad for those who never saw them". I hope you don't let this sympathy ruin your life.
Neil, in his 60's, is even more mesmerizing to watch. He was just as much a magician as he was a musician.
Saw them over a dozen times in concert and would never hesitate to pay whatever price was necessary to see them again. Makes me so happy to see the joy in the audience.
Hi. I totally agree . I've watched this many .many times . What an atmosphere , audience superb. I just wish I was there on that epic day !! Regards
RIP Neil Peart
That "Concert Hall" part always make me smile.
easily one of the best rock trios of all time.
Rush, Cream, Blue Cheer, the Police, the Jam......can't think of any other trios off the top of my head, but I'd definitely put Rush right after Cream in the top slot.
Hmm, need to listen to more stuff; ZZ Top, Double Trouble w/ SRV, and oh yea, Jimi H and Buddy boy Holly, Stray Cats, maybe I'm too old
Rush,Nirvana,Green Day,Cream,The Police, etc are my fav Trios, bet u can't guess my fav heh?
Haha my fav is Rush, with Nirvana as #2, and Green Day as #3
I’d say Rush is not only the best rock trio of all time, but the best rock band of all time.
Love watching the comaraderie between them when they play. They just feed off of each other's energy!
Neil not even breaking a sweat, such an amazing technician...
A cold night ...........oh its a cold night but in the early hours listening to RUSH warms the heart and the feet..........
All that sound from just three musicians. Respect
RUSH is the closest thing to a real rock band you can ever see. Saw them a few times and every time it was awesome.
RIP.. Neil Peart.. The Best drumer
"RASH" Epic!
Amazing...takes me back to Edinburgh. Great band, sad we can't see them again☹️
only 3 of them .... sounds like 300..... soooo great
Musical geniuses! Amazing. RIP Neil Peart
Sad to see Rush won’t be performing any more. Incredibly talented musicians.
This very song turned me into a fan way back in 1980. Was totally blown away.
FM 102.1 the spirt of radio. Toronto
Time and age has taken its toll on Geddy's voice...but still kickin' ass after all these years!
the best live concert ever, period.
3:50 "And the sign said "the words of the prophets are written on the Subway walls.../For the word of the profits were written on the Studio Wall; and tenement Halls.../Concert Hall; and whispered in the Sound of Silence./And echoes with the Sound of Salesman."
Leonidas Riverson I’ve noticed the similarity in lyrics between this song and the sound of silence. Do you know who stole the lyrics from who?
EATSLEEPDRIVE2002 the sound of silence was released in 1966 and this was released 1979. I wouldn’t say it’s so much “stealing” as “paying homage”
Anybody notice the RASH shirt?!
Bla bla blahhh? Ahh, blaaaaah bla bla blah.
Have to be blind NOT to!.....lol.
Band cover
seeing this trio of celestial musicians is the accomplishment of my life .....it' s as simple as that .... thank you RUSH for the music as good as Mozart or Beethoven in there time .........

I wish I could have been there. I saw Rush three times in Buffalo, and they were awesome every time.
They really are badasses! Peart was a beast.
Only a person who loves Rush and has seen them live know that heart warming feeling when they play the first song at a concert. Once you hear the music, see the lights, the screen, and the feel emotion of a Rush concert, no other band can offer the same feeling! Rush for life!
Only Rush could make brilliance look so easy.
