I have used these for years, they have saved me a few times, Trees do not move!! I won't ride the woods without them.

Nice bikes. Thanks for the comparison, exactly what I was looking for.

Look nice on the Honda. Protects the levers on a tip over or from brush.
    Nice, good informative video.

Very helpful to see those. Thanks. Cycra doesn't appear to care to explain anything about their handguards.

Got the same ones and first fall of bike which was more of a lost balanced in a slow turn and dropped it and they bent enough to make my clutch inoperable. I had to completely remove them just to start my bike. Its cheaper to replace levers for me. Maybe the steel ones are stronger, I don't know. Looked great but thats about it.

Wow really I have been running them for years and never had one get bent. I imagine if you call them and tell them the story they would send you a new one. They are the go to in the race Community

@@sxsmarine4075 Ya I was thinking about that, but then again I don't want to got through that again. I didn't have tools on me so my son had to drive back a few miles to get some. Think I might just purchase some break away levers instead. Maybe I just had some freak luck. :D

Thanks but I can’t get ultra so instead I had to buy regular one.
I haven’t received it yet since it’s international and it’s Hanna take a while

Thanks for the good info. First time buying these for my new dirtbike, does it matter if the guards are ventilated or not on a dirtbike? I will be doing trail riding primarily

No I don’t notice any difference in airflow taking off the vent. In my opinion spending the extra money is well worth it. The billet aluminum is just a nicer fit.

I have the “cheaper” set but wondered if the pricier guards themselves will interchange to update the looks of my older style. Any help? Thanks!

Bud I don’t think so and I would go look but I sold the 125 so I don’t have the cheaper pair to look at but I don’t think they are interchangeable

It’s funny different tastes he doesn’t personally like the look. I actually prefer Cycra guards on vs no guards and bare handles.

Mark Coleman on the red 250? They are tag grips. I love them and have about 10 sets stashed away. They are getting hard to find. Try eBay

So they still use metal frames? I thought the frame was supposed to be high density plastic

The high end pro bands are billet aluminum and the lower end are just raw aluminum
