Hi Bob,thanks for your reply. I managed to get it open.Believe it or not,I used a round bamboo ice-cream stick which I filed down to a blunt taper. It slid in to the tablet slit,and I went around gently prying my Lenovo Tab 2 open without any damage. And your video,is the one which helped me get started. I saved quite a bit of $$.The service center would have charged me $$$.

Hi! Most people will say look for an electronics supplier. But the question is good, and it has a trick too. Believe or not, in the telephone service shops, some times they for sale a smartphone screen changing kit. It has the opening tool you can use for tables, and some screw drivers used in smartphones too. Save money ordering minimum electronics quantities, and paying expensive shipping. Go around town or take a walk in the near bigger city, and take a look to some smartphone service shops. You will find the "Iphone screen changing kit". :-)
