RTL4 perfectly demonstrates part of the 90s internet wise. Look at the MSNBC broadcast from 1996, same font, emphasis on internet. (this lasted til 2005, when XP was the norm) The font, music, colors, and design all perfectly represent the 90s in internet terms. Correction: original had "internewt".

I think the TV Asahi was a morning thing due to the sun and the mentioning of the morning. It would make sense for a logo to have this because kids wake up for the morning because school.

I noticed the First Choice logo is made by the same people who made the vinheta for Rede Manchete in the same year 1983, hence the similar animation of both said idents.

I think TV Asahi was/is a regular time channel, it's just that the startup had maybe different graphics than the shutdown
