Happy new year! More motion graphics from the world over! Mostly 80s and 90s as usual, with maybe a few more recognizable faces than previous compilations (probably not LOL). Some of these might not even BE logos or IDs. Have some you love? Have some you HATE? Let me know!
Some of these may have been edited to enhance the quality (sound adjustments, etc.). Other than that, I do not own any of the IDs/logos used in this video. They are owned by their respective companies and I acknowledge all of the uploaders who posted these to TH-cam.

Oh yeah. That's the good old channel 11 that rivaled WAPA and Telemundo in terms of locally produced programming from the late '80s thorough the very early 2000s. Cool memories right there. And it's coming back with AUTHORITY.
Fiji’s is the best one. Almost reminds me of an early 2000’s Disney intro.
I also love this ident. It's surprising to see something like this in an Oceanian country outside Australia and New Zealand.

Gaylord also owned WTVT in Tampa for over 3 Decades, but they sold the station a year prior to that ID they made.

The discovery of an actual recording of TVP1's idents which they used from 1985-1987 were quite a treat (and the two idents found looked very pretty too, despite them looking a bit subpar to the custom idents/intros which were being made for (West) German and Swedish TV channels and programs at the time). I think the Polish continuity clip uploaders have been looking for those for years, so it was quite a cause for celebration to finally find them, but there's still one more to find because apparently there were two other variants of the ident you showed here, one of them being the night time variant, and the other one probably being a more simple variant of which a photo exists.
The night variant was found just days later. All that's left is the one from a single DX still
I have to say, those logos were made by actually talented people. Most of the logos in this part were either really ahead of their time (FR3), were really well-executed (ATV Peru), or simply had nice music (VH1 1990.)
FR3 has very satisfying graphics.

They pioneered the minimalist trend for European TV graphics.
The TBS high was a bit ahead of time and the fact that everyone knows that Station and not only that station had early HD television and in the 90s

Also that 84-85 Globo New Year ident had all these guitars and keyboards because Brazil was in the peak success of national New Wave, always topping the charts with bands like Blitz and Metrô

Telewizja Wrocław used the same melody from the first few bars of the theme tune of Rede Globo's New Year 1984-1985 ID on its ident from 1995.

The Soft-Tronik ad (I'm almost certain it's an ad) looked quite out of place on late 80s Polish television honestly. It stood out very strongly from just about everything shown on the two channels at the time it was being broadcast: idents that used plastic models and analog methods, ads for local products which had much lower production value, and occasionally cheap 2D intros made on an Amiga for certain TV programs.
It IS a commercial, but I still consider it a logo because motion graphics.
By the way, most graphics in the ads was used by TVP themselves in the early 90s.

VPRO was the most famous for using it. I think them and a TV station in malta were the only two that ever really used it
