The upper cabinets on either side of the kitchen sink need to be much wider almost double what is there.
I totally agree. Laundry need needs cabinets above the W & D. The wall behind the shower in the master bath needs cabinets. EVERY TOILET needs a closed cabinet above them. I would change about 10 things in this house.
I'd prefer the kitchen island be just a island without a eating counter over hang and wish it had a bit of a raised edge. Need linen closet for main bedroom side. Please in future go into the laundry/utility room and pan the room.
It’s just hubs and I these days, and this would be a great fit! If only this were in Mt. Vernon VA. Sigh
Some states only let certain ones be sold in their state.Sun,weather,and weight.I am sure you can order one to be delivered if approved by your state.They make alot of different specks for regulatory states.
So the price because it includes all that set up stuff is very good. I guess this is a manufactured home not a modular but still wonder why the one bedroom is so small.
This model looks fresh and attractive, I just hope manufacturers of these modular homes make the laundry/utility room a little larger. Yes I know it’s a smaller floor plan. But other than that, it’s very nice. 😊

The two extra bedrooms in My house were actually a good size so with this place being 33sqft larger I would like to know why this home has a extremely small bedroom just like a 3 bedroom single wide manufactured home. Not good

I love everything but the vents in the floor and to me the island is too close to the refrigerator
I noticed that too! Just a thought, but Champion should narrow the island slightly (6” ?) to give more room between the refrigerator and the edge of the island.

This home is 33sqft larger than my house was.
Water heater MUST NOT BE IN A CLOSET BEHIND A PANEL. EXPECT BETTER FROM A MODULAR HOME.
The built-in entertainment center in the living room is ugly and I would delete it.
Really nice but so much WASTED space in the master bath. EVERY bath should have a cabinet above the toilet. By the small bath, there should be some type of cabinet for linens in that small cut out space.
