This would be perfect for my sister. She thinks she wants a tiny home, but I truly believe she can get something better and maybe less expensive by going with a manufactured home
There are plenty of smaller homes that are manufactured out there. They are amazing, and customizable. Click the link in the description and visit a retailer to see them in person. I see so many people out there just floored by the outstanding quality of manufactured homes.
I love ❤️ it,I'm getting older, not younger, lol😊 just turned 40. I don't need a big home to impress or be happy. I'm thankful to have a home. Less to clean.
This little home is absolutely Adorable.. Would much rather live in this house than a camper..Here in S.C. Ppl are choosing to live in the campers,(Not 4 Me unless I was in a position to where I had No choice)..This 🏠 is Designed well and looks actually more spacious on the inside..😃🌼☀️🌞🌻😊
This is super cute!! And $69k isn't terribly expensive, especially for California, but still a little steep for us at this time. Maybe if we can get financing... I showed this video to my husband, and the first thing he asked is "Is that Michael J. Fox? It sounds like him!" Lol
Very nice. The only thing missing that I could see, was a place for a stack able washer/dryer unit. Maybe that second cabinet near the bathroom could be reconfigured for it
Definitely a retirement home 😁. Its nice, and looks like something my grandmother would have loved, to me its just idk old fashioned. So I think it's just not $70,000 nice, maybe because of the size, I mean 9ft ceilings do make a room feel bigger, but it's space you can't utilize. So my final option, this house is a perfect home for a single older person who has more money than they know what to do with. Maybe two ppl if they don't own a lot of personal things. You did a good job with the video, and I did enjoy watching it, thanks.
Question: Would the manufacturer be open to modifying this style eg less windows in different type, color of walls and cabinet doors, color of appliances?
Do cabinets come in different colors, could you add a dishwasher, could it be vinyl in the whole house and do y'all deliver to other states like Georgia
This looks like a stick-built home instead of a singlewide mobile home, which means it could fit into a nicer vacation community or senior living community. I like the window in the bathroom for free sunlight and good ventilation. This home does need an apartment size dishwasher and a stacked washer/dryer. The dishwasher could go under the breakfast bar. The washer and dryer could fit where that linen closet is. I know of few people who want to wash dishes by hand after every meal to prevent a pile up of dirty dishes in the kitchen sink or spend hours and considerable money at a laundromat every week. I would also want knobs and handles on those kitchen cabinets and drawers -- without them the kitchen looks unfinished.
In the kitchen those are six-pane windows, on the side door is a nine-pane window. Above the front door is a transom window - if it opens. Nice little house.
Is 67k including the porch? Some models I have seen just like this say it's an option and the home is over 67k. Does not include moving , set up cost either. Also, granite countertops?
If there is AC included where the furnace is, why is there a portable AC in the living room? And speaking of the furnace in the closet, I’ve been in homes with a similar setup, and every time the heat comes on it sounds like a freight train it’s so loud. Also no dishwasher? And the kitchen would be improved with a counter depth refrigerator.
Agree also, especially with the LOUD furnace! I also think the full size appliances are overkill, smaller apartment sized appliances would not only be more practical, after all only two people at the most would be living there, and then you’d have room for a small dishwasher.
The man showing the home cracked me up because at the beginning of the video he said this home is a one bedroom two bath. No it's a one bedroom one bath
I want a home like this, but… I want to live in (or close to) a city (currently living in the middle of the desert and hate it…) Is that even possible?
This would be perfect if it had room for side-by-side washer/dryer instead of stacked. Those are too tall for me & I'm too old to be scaling a ladder to access the dryer!
Piso antiderrapante . 4. Vaso sanitário , mais alto 5. Barras de apoio são essenciais 6. Torneiras (recomendado tipo alavanca) 7. Box do chuveiro (dimensões aproriadas) 8. Instale um sistema para alerta (botão ou alarme de pânico.)
Great home but I would order one with burch colored cabinets. All the cabinets are way too dark for my tastes. I like light and cheerful not dark and dank!
Would love to see a fireplace, and better bathroom. Drawers and cabinets, not medicine cabinet. I’m 58 and downsizing, fireplace is important during these tumultuous times.
Fresh start? Retirement?? This is what folks still in their 40s desperately search for and hope to be able to get a bank loan for, when they realize they will _never_ be able to afford a traditional large house. Those selling these types of homes need to start marketing their products to what's left of the Middle class in America. Their profits would sky-rocket!
My ex husband stoled my home I payed for now I live in her back porch I would love this but not able to pay for it 68 years old no time to start over husband demanded 15000. Of my inheritance I took my 401 money to pay our house off he hadn’t worked in 25 years when I would ask him if he could get a job to help I was told well if I want something Bonnie will get for me or put money in my pocket that’s his sister so glad to be rid of the two of them even a tent sounds good his sister and him was my worst nightmare
60 something grand back in the 90s would've bought you a brick.mortar home with a yard and stuff. These small manufactured homes are outrageous imo. 60 grand for this...eh. This is nice for what it is, I'd live here happily but not for 60 something grand.
Fresh start to retirement isn't buying a newer yet smaller home. He'll by the time you retire a 30 40 year mortgage should be paid off you'd own the house why buy a new one.
What a terrible waste to use a huge furnace when a nice split heatpump would work better for less money and no ducts saving build effort and time. The mobile home industry needs to catch up with the times.

You said two bath, glad you corrected it when you showed the bath. Love the Cabinet color, looks well done!
Hehe...my bad. Thanks for joining me on the home tour!
Cute little home! I like the kitchen cabinets.
I loved those! Thanks for watching!
Love the sitting area at the cabinets. Everything seems high quality. Very nice home.thanks for the tour!

Is this home Not equipped with AC? I like the home - but, I need AC & washer/dryer 😊
Perfect for my Mother-in-law !!! Just not too close to my house 🤣
😆LOL😆 Thanks for joining me on the home tour!

It was in the hallway across from the bathroom

Thanks Lisa. I took a better look this time and saw it. 🙃
That's a great little place, it's laid out really nicely and the big windows make it feel open and airy.
Just perfect! Sadly I have no place to put it.

Beautiful home with a great price !
Very nice. Did not see a dishwasher.
There wasn't one in this model. Thanks for joining me on the home tour!

Nice little home Wil. I would LOVE a gas range but we don’t do those much in NC. I was coveting that big time.
For a small home it’s Nice !! Good tour !!
Will It's Adorable, What a Cutie 🥰😊❤️👍
So cute, but nice! Thanks for joining me on the home tour!
Good cameraman! Best room yet for a party

It already has a place for the stacked w/d. It is at the end of the hallway next to the door into the bedroom.
Beautiful home and cheaper than most tiny homes.
Perfect size. Are the walls sheetrock?
It is Tape and textured Drywall. Thanks for joining me on the home tour!

I figured those paned windows would have a "special name" like transom lol. Thanks for joining me on the home tour!
@@WheresWilHomeTours You're welcome! Keep up the good work!
Is this a three season or four season home?

Love it!!!!💜👍

I’m looking to put one in McAlester Oklahoma
Nice layout but you forgot to point out the washer and dryer area
It has a very New Orleans shotgun vibe.
It does, doesn't it. THanks for watching!
The man showing the home cracked me up because at the beginning of the video he said this home is a one bedroom two bath. No it's a one bedroom one bath
Absolutely true, oops! I corrected that when I was inside the home. Thanks for watching
Very beautiful

I'd gladly sacrifice the porch space for a half bath off the kitchen and have a full bath ensuite.
Love it !!
Very nice good for couple.♥️👍
OK!!!! I AM IN WICHESTER CA..
Where was the washer and dryer area.

Why don't you list prices and deliver fees
In the beginning of the video you say it's a one bed two bath but it's only a 1b/ 1b.
AT LEAST ONE BATHROOM SHOULD BE FULL SIZED TO SOAK IF NECESSARY! 8(
Are they have in Massachusetts.???
Click the link in the description below to find a dealer near you.
HOW MUCH$ FIRST QUESTION.
I like it Ty,
I would love to see a fireplace an pot filler
Those would be great touches to this home. Thanks for watching!
Great
I went to see this, and the price was 89 ,000 with the discount with all those upgrades just as is showing ,+ tax 😢
Get rid of the back ground music!
Thanks for joining me on the home tour!

No dishwasher???,🤔
Not in this model I guess. Thanks for joining me on the home tour!
Not enough room for a dresser in bedroom and bathroom is to small. Nowhere to put a makeup vanity. Cute though.

You talk you much. Gave up watching
You should watch some of my older videos...I hardly talk at all. 🙂
Can you put a washer and dryer in anywhere?
It is there at the end of the hallway, next to the door into the bedroom. It would be a stackable w/d.
