I love the kitchen but I can’t see moving into a home without a large tub in the master bath… As a massage therapist I know how critical soaking in an Epsom salt bath is to keep tight muscles & joints mobile & pain free… Showers are great for that quick scrub that wakes you up & gets you out of the house in the morning but no tub for soaking the strains of your day a way is a dealbreaker.
Do not like the smooth top stove in the island & there is not upper cabinetry for me & also a big deal breaker with the primary right off the living room...
