Nathan Franklin is really great they stand good for what they do to make sure top quality is hand to hand. Thank you for showing me/us this beautiful Gem? Love it.
I honestly hate when the guest/kids rooms are right off the kitchen or living room. I feel like they should be down a hall so if you have company or are just doing stuff around the house past bedtime it's muffled a little.
Beautiful double door's coming into the living Room...The living Room is spacious and roomy..The paint colors are bright and really lightens the house through out each room..The island is a great size, not too long and bulky...I'm liking the light kitchen cabinets.. Really like the back door opening inward instead of outward..looks really nice. The bedroom's are all good sizes... This House is absolutely Spectacular.. Nothing I would change... Awesome Tour Nate..Hi Rayden, hope you're doing well and enjoying your school year...😊🌞🌻☀️🌼😃
This Franklin home was beautiful! I did not like the shower tile, but the shower was just what I like to see with a seat and two shower heads! One thing I can say about the shower tile you could not tell when it got dirty! LOL 😂😅 this was a good one I hope we can see more from this manufacturer!
Hello Nate sweetheart Can you find me one with the porch But with a Walk in pantry" it's a must have for me Larger Laundry room" no desk area that was an empty space in my opinion" and a larger master room I half to say though I loved the master bath 😊 Thank you for sharing this 👍🥰
Only one thing missing and that's a traditional style fireplace and I would have that installed and I believe that this would be a great home for me, plenty of room for all My furniture and has a nice kitchen with My favorite wood and finish. Love the porch and the rustic look of the exterior. Set this down on a nice lot or big property and have beautiful landscaping it just would be so nice, now for the garage...
I’d like the wood/plank flooring through the whole house. Just a preference,as I detest carpet. Love the crown moulding, and “clean” ceilings, and I’d ask for the tile in master bathroom shower to go to the ceiling. Thanks for sharing!
I would rather have that side pouch as interior space. Need linen closet, which could be in utility room behind door. There was space in kitchen for upright freezer. Like master bath, door placement . Most br door opens right at head of bed, we placed ours on opposite wall.Thank you, Pratt makes great homes.
It's a beauty!! Alright!! Afraid tho', even when my ship does comes in, this one's gonna be a little steep for me. But there's nothing in this one I'd change! 😎😎😎
I liked the kitchen and living room. The master bath was worth the wait. I also liked the office space but I can't use it either because my monitor is also too big. I also really liked the size. Very good presentation.
I like this home. I would loose the carpet and put this hardwood floor through out the house. I don’t need the desk so I would make that area a very large closet.
Thanks for the video Nate! I would opt for the fireplace and relocate the microwave to the cabinet by the pantry cabinet…… dining room is a nice size and the home has great curb appeal. Hi Raidon! You’re growing so fast. I forgot to ask you Nate, do you and Raidon like your new residence? Bblessed! Miss Teena
Hello Nate. Well I'm to the kitchen in the video, so thought I'd start my comments. (#1) First of all, I love that Porch! We'd see about going all the way around with it to the garage. You showed an option of a fireplace in the Living Room. I'd go for that option but I'd want a gas fireplace or wood-burning stove insert fireplace one. That is a bigggg living room! Carpet in the Living Room! (#2) In the Dining Room I'd put my Grandma's China Cabinet on the inner wall, only place for it in there. I'd install a slightly bigger table - but that dining room is pretty big too! (#3) In the Kitchen, I'd extend the Kitchen counters and cabinets into the Dining room where the windows are. At least where the first window in there is. I'd make that first window close to the counter into a smaller window to go Above the counter because I want the Kitchen Sink moved there instead of having it in the island! I Hate the sink (or stove) being in the island! I want to be able to put wheels on the island so I can move it to where it's needed, and out of the way as well when needed! I would also put in a smaller island. We don't need a dishwasher so remove it and, if room after the island is made smaller, put in another cabinet or drawers. We also don't need space in the island for more seating. Might leave 1-2 spots (at each end maybe) for seating in case we want to sit while doing food preparation, or just for snacks/breakfast [it's just the two of us, so we don't need more seating around the island, not even the two spot actually as the kitchen table is right there!]. I'd want a Gas Cook Stove. The microwave would need to be moved as I can't reach it when it's above the stove like that - I'm too short and can't climb! Maybe move it to the countertop by the "pantry cabinets" as you called them. There might be room to set a small microwave there. (#4) The Utility Room looks nice. And yes, that would be a great spot for an upright freezer. Outside that back door would be our Garage; we'd have a storage unit built in it too. And a good sized Pantry. We'd add a space for a big chest freezer in there too, for extra food storage. I was wondering where the furnace was! Hoping it wasn't inside a closet. But the access to it is in the hallway; which is great, as I won't have to have it moved to where I want to put the freezer in the utility room! I was afraid I would. (#5) The two guest bedrooms would be combined and I'd make them into my Library Music Studio Rooms and a small sitting area with a small gas fireplace and a carpet in the area. Would share the rooms with Hubby if he wanted me to of course; but neither room is big enough for a GYM nor his hobby room. I think I'd make the guest bathroom into a half bath as we really wouldn't need two full baths just for us. (#6) That Office Room by the Master Bedroom is fine for my Office Room and the closet can either be made into another Office space for Hubby, or a storage closet with shelves for office supplies and other stuff. It's too far from the living room to be used as a coat closet. I'd need a pocket door or something on it though. (#7) The Master Bedroom is very nice! Plenty of room. Would have Carpet in the bedroom of course. The Master Bathroom...Wow! I would have to replace the tub with a Handicapped Tub of course. That Tile Shower is great looking! It has a door and a bench and it looks like it is wide enough even for me if I wanted to use it! The Closet is a very good size, not as big as some, but plenty big enough for us; I wish it was actually in the bedroom, but where it's at isn't a deal breaker. The Commode area looks like it might be wide enough. But I think I'd really rather remove the door and wall in front of it if possible. There's the back wall and the wall next to the shower and the closet wall - those walls Have to stay. But the wall and door going into the bathroom itself, unless it is load-bearing, I don't see why I shouldn't be able to have them removed. Being enclosed like it is would trigger a claustrophobic reaction (which has gotten worse lately for some reason) in me I'm afraid. Maybe just keeping the door open would be okay, but I'd rather just remove the wall if possible instead of removing the door so it can't be accidentally closet with me in there! I might put a pocket door on the closet and maybe carpet in the closet too. Well Nate, this house is really nice, even with the things I'd change, there's only a few major changes I'd make. Most are just minor things. Or they already are an option in the first place. I even Love the cabinets in this one, colors and all. Heck, I even like the island, except it's a tad too big!
Love the shower best I've seen. Would remove the tub and take the toilet out of the closet and put it out in the room. I think I'm a claustrophobic pooper. LOL
No porch,No carpet, more pocket doors, need ceiling fans in every room, make 2small bdrms into one by moving the bathroom forward closer to the dining room or moving the bathroom to the mudroom- laundry room
Just wanted to share my thoughts with you NATE on your sound. I've listened on 3 different devices many times and the road sound is NEVER a problem. What is a problem (and I only speak for myself), is when you leave out the sound all of a sudden throughout your videos. Each time you do that, it makes my ears pop and is very uncomfortable to watch and I usually can't finish. Just wanted to share that Nate. Good luck on going full-time. Been supporting you a long while now. Cheers!!
Hi Nate Thank You for doing this so we can sometimes see something that is mediocre, but way overpriced....cause dang the prices they are charging is horrendous...makes you proud to be an American doesn't it....
If it's a Franklin, you can be assured it will be a beauty!

I love this home! The only thing I’d change is I’d take out the desk because I have my own massive one.

Love the Master bath and stand alone tub. Very nice home. Liked the office area and natural wood cabinets.
Only one thing missing and that's a traditional style fireplace and I would have that installed and I believe that this would be a great home for me, plenty of room for all My furniture and has a nice kitchen with My favorite wood and finish. This one as filmed was a modular, but can be had as manufactured
Love the porch

This is a really nice home . I definitely would make some different options.
This is a great home. For me a walk-in pantry is needed but otherwise its beautiful.
Oh Lord, you said we can ask for the impossible, so I'm asking!
Love the shower...

Nice porch area.
Ya just gotta love the layout. Big, almost too big.
It’s a lovely home and hello Radeon ❤️
nice
Pratt has a model call "Madeline". I love that home, hope you toured that one.
I filmed one they have named on the lot map, as Madeline 2
Beautiful home can you get outlets in the living room floors they keep forgetting to put in storage closets in the bathrooms
Hughly considering one!
i really like this model...my only complaint is i would like a much larger Pantry ....
If you had linen, closets and medicine cabinets in the bathrooms, it would be perfect
Thanks for the video Nate! I would opt for the fireplace and relocate the microwave to the cabinet by the pantry cabinet…… dining room is a nice size and the home has great curb appeal. Hi Raidon!
