I just had to let you know how much you've changed my life. I discovered Dr. Esselstyn and Dr. Campbell in March of 2016 and I was 8 months pregnant. My whole life I've struggled with food and weight. I have fallen in love with all of the plant based doctors and advocates but you and Dr. Doug Lisle are specifically the ones who led me to my breakthroughs. Thank you for all you do and for being an inspiration. When anybody asks me about my weight loss or wants advice on nutrition, I just refer them to you and Dr. Lisle. You are both a blessing. The only way I know how to describe it to people is that I feel like I have this precious diamond that you and Dr. Lisle gave to me :) You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free!! I'm on Day 11 of my lifestyle change no sos and watched almost all your videos. I am so excited to save up some money to buy the program because I love everything you do and what you stand for!!! Anyway was working out last night and was feeling a head ache coming on and really needing to eat. Had a bite of a steamed white potato and it was like I came to life instantly they are amazing !!! Thank you for all the wisdom.

I've been vegan for over 2 years and as of this past November I began weight training for losing the remaining 10-15 pounds and to tone up. I feel great! I am grateful for you and Drs McDougall and Lisle!
AJ thanks so much for making this material free on YT. I am vegan for 4.7 years and have reversed my inflammation caused bronchitis-aggravated-asthma, both symtoms by at least 98% and meds by the same. I have lost 8 inches of my male waist but still need to lose another 6. At least. But listening to you I realize I am using refined sugar as a drug and recognize my cravings for these taste exciting foods as the problem itself. Thanks.
Thanks for another great webinar. I liked that in this one you were more flexible towards things that are more calorie-dense like dried fruit, bananas and oats for those who want/need to enter the ultimate weight loss lifestyle initially; I just got the impression previously that it was an all or nothing approach, just my opinion :)
Your make up and hair and everything are awesome. I'm new to this eating regimen, having from from Eric Westman / low carb regimen. I broke a plateau two days after switching over and quitting nuts especially. Thanks for the channel. I had tried starch diet once but it didn't work. I'm going to research this Ultimate weight loss. It's working and I don't even know what I'm doing yet. All I have is the Barbara R. Book I got from a used book store. Thank you for this helpful and articulate presentation.
Helping people with food and weight loss can be stressful with all the caveats :) I enjoy chili and have a tasty recipe without any sweetening, but I don't have a sweet tooth. caramelizing onions dry on a chili could help to release natural sugars.
Hi Chef AJ it’s me again. I find the sweet potatoes ok but I love the baked potatoes. I am having it baked with no oil but still having a sprinkle of salt and pepper on it. I’m only 3 weeks into watching you, and less than a week changing my eating habits. My goal is to eventually drop the salt but not sure how long that will take. I’m going listen and pay close attention to my taste changes and hopefully I’ll start enjoying it plain sooner than later. Am I getting the good nutrients from the baked potatoes like I would the sweet potatoes? Or should I mix them up? Also I’m having a big ass salad for lunch with a potato. Is that okay or should I only have the salad for lunch? I’m unclear if eating potatoes for dinner and lunch is too much. I have over 1/2 my dinner plate with veggies like roasted Brussels sprouts or roasted zucchini ect and potatoes. I am looking for weight loss along with better health so please let me know if I just drop some or all of the potatoes until I reach my goal. Thank you in advance. You are great at what you do!

hi fir the lady with concerns about oqts and her skin, oats have quote a bit of fat...the greatest fat content of any grain i believe...my son is recovering from acne and does get some small pimples with oats...he eats them any way..but im pretty sure dr mcdougall has mentioned that before and also the vegan authors of the book the Clear Skin Diet......in our house we eat alot of oats anyway ..hope that gelps
People fail to lose weight because they continue to eat nuts, seeds,avocados, olives, chocolate, flax ,chia, etc. They refuse to go through the fat withdrawal!
