Thanks for always keeping us updated, coach. And thank you for repeating yourself more than once. Some of us are hardheaded and don’t get it the first time. I’m seeing that after I get a yes on the phone that I need to ask more questions to clear more dirt off of the prospect to make sure it’s actual gold and not just a chocolate coin. This is going to give me a higher quality pipe line and reduce the amount of appointments I waste my time on

What I do with people who arent technically a lead is take down their email, and add them to an exchange database, where they only get automated emails. It's worth your while if you ended up having a good conversation

What would you do with old leads from Google, Facebook etc. how would you prospect them. That would be a great video.

I still see getting contacts as a win.. I also tag them accordingly. I'm not going to call someone more than once or twice a year if they don't take any progressive action/or my services aren't even needed. When I'm call blocking I like to be a more focused on qualifying people properly than "chasing my next deal".

Does the database include Seller nurtures? I wouldn’t consider these homeowners a lead but I email these homeowners once a month a neighborhood MLS sold search on top of a quarterly call.

Hey so how’s it going 8 months in?
I’m a new agent, what would be a recommendation for prospecting? Should I be reaching out to my broker for fsbo list? Should I buy potential leads? Just curious to know for those seasoned realtors what would you do in my situation?

i'm first year in and have so many questions. I'm on a team we are suppose to cold call a pond of thousands of these "leads" that are years old. i feel defeated
Similar situations. if you don't focus on establishing your own business while on the team then you are just the teams free work.
How does one balance "building their data base" with eliminating non leads and focusing on right now business?
Abe safa/ricki carruth both swear by building a data base with home owners who have no intention of selling anytime soon.... What are your thoughts on that phylosophy vs. filtering for right now business? 🤔
My question as well. I have about 1500 home owners in my database, I got their email address from a cold call, and they now get my weekly email forever
