    Dear Brandon and Alyssa,
Im Polish and thing I wanted to say is - Thank you so so much!! I like watching people's travel videos. I've watched recently many vlogs from Poland (created by foreigners) and yours are best. You two make a beautiful couple combined with sense of humor, sightseeings and food - all of this in one movie! Once again, thank you guys for showing my country so nice and beautiful :)
Thumbs up and sub from Poland and Gdansk!

Thank you so much. We are going to feature this comment on our Instagram and is one of the nicest we’ve received in a very long time. It’s hard to do TH-cam and sometimes we aren’t motivated to continue making videos, but it’s comments like this that keep us sharing our travels and our delicious food along the way! You have no idea how much this comment touches our hearts, thank you

Moreover, Krakow is not only the Main Market Square and Kazimierz. These are Dębniki, Podgórze, Wola Justowska, Nowa Huta and other places - Skawina, Wieliczka, Niepolomice, Skała, Ojców etc.

Sometimes with fork and knife, but sometimes without that. If you like "oscypek" (cheese) - I recommend visiting Zakopane. Oscypek is traditional polish highland cheese from southern Poland. Zakopane is like a capital of polish mountains. There a lot of good restaurants with delicious food. I recommend "Owczarnia" restaurant.

Interesting fact: when Nazis were retreating from Eastern Front during WW2 and they left Kraków, they filled entire old town and castle with explosives so when Soviets enter into city it would explode.
AK (Armia Krajowa = Nation's Army, polish partisans) managed to dismantle explosives in time while Soviets came (according to some historians they weren't hurry to secure city, more likely they were counting that those explosives would be detonated). After war Soviets with regime Socialist People's Party used narration to blame AK for trying to detonate city with Soviet Army inside, so partisans could hunted down and killed.

One fact. No nazist but germany. Nazist = germany. This germany moraded Polaes in WW2 and not mithical nazi. Concept nazist created contemporaries germany to manipulate us.
My grandfather was murdered in World War II not by mythical Nazis but by ordinary Germans. Every family in Poland lost someone close to them and was murdered by the Germans or the Russians in World War II. And saying that some Nazis did it is like spitting in our faces for Poles. We, Poles, watch with horror as this current German fraud is spread around the world. In short, the entire German nation took an active part in theI. murders, not some mythical Nazis.
I'm sorry for the mistakes in advance

Wow, thank you so much for responding! My daughter and I cannot wait to explore Poland together. Melissa has traveled the entire world and we have visited several countries together. We most recently traveled to Germany and wanted to take the train to Poland - but ran out of time. Like Germany, Poland has such a cool current vibe juxtaposed with its dark past (Nazi occupation/Warsaw Ghetto). It's wonderful - inspirational!! - to see how Warsaw has rebuilt and transformed itself into such a vibrant and very hip city. 🤗 I cannot wait to explore Warsaw's nightlife with my daughter and visit its sights, museums, restaurants and cafes. We're both enjoying your videos and can't wait to try all those wonderful Polish dishes. My daughter very enthusiastically told me that she ❤ perogies! (I think I'm going to have to change my usual 1 healthy meal + a protein smoothie ritual when there!) Will definitely be waddling home after sampling all those incredible Polish pastries! We want to see Krakow and Gdansk as well. How many days should we plan to see them all without feeling rushed? Thank you so much for any information. You guys are "living the dream" ✨️ and it's so fun to come along for the ride with you! 🫶❤

I looked up how you're supposed to eat kremowka, and here's what came up:
Powinno się je jeść widelczykiem i łyżeczką. Widelczykiem jemy blat, łyżeczką - krem. Co ważne, oba te sztućce powinny być naprzemiennie trzymane w prawej ręce, czyli po kęsie kremu powinniśmy odłożyć łyżeczkę i oddzielać kęsy blatu widelczykiem.
Ain't nobody got time for that.

I'm sorry guys for saying that, I mean, I like your content. But the amount of foreigners visiting Poland and being so suprised that we are 21 century country is disturbing (I'm talking about for example the shock of having a lot of world cousine and restaurants). I know Poland is not popular, but this is an old country, now pretty developted, even NY bagels were brought originally by Krakow's jews to America (meaning we had "world” cousine before the war ;) ). So I guess I want to say - I don't think you should constantly emphasize the things that for us are normal, as we are not so different than the west Europe in terms of modernity or development. I know you didn't know that, but that's on you.

A small note that Poles are extremely sensitive to. When you say Silesia are Poles, Germans and Czechs. It was rather better to say about the culinary influences because yes, these areas moved from hand to hand, but Poles were the first Sieskanians of these lands. Poles have been ethnically in these lands for around 10,000 years, which was revealed by genetic research. That is why never tell Poles that the lands once belonged to the Germans, the Czechs or Russians - Poles say temporarily ... because you can lose their sympathy that Poles show for foreigners. And the unique disgust for a Pole is like a foreigner tries to speak Polish, but he says Russian words through ignorance (in Polish- TOAST; "Na Zdrowie", and after Russian is "Na Zdarowie"), and often it happens that They are eating Poland with Russia, as once the US President Obama, being with an official visit to Poland, made fatal mistakes, confusing Warsaw with Moscow or, as he said about Polish Aushwitz Przegroza camps and Poles are constantly straightening that they are German extermination camps in the areas of enslaved Poland. Poles have a lot of sympathy for foreigners, they are happy to help them and all this as a result of the age of Christian culture resulting from the saying "Guest at home, God at home", or when the guest comes to you, you do not know if it sometimes did not come to God himself in hospitality. In the tradition of the Polish nobility it was that when he came outside even your greatest enemy, nothing bad could happen to him because he was a guest under his care. This is what Poles have this mentality, which is why foreigners feel good in Poland.😄

We have a couple reasons that we do this, but mainly we love really really spicy food and when we’re traveling in Europe, it’s hard to find so any opportunity we can find some sort of spice. We tend to eat those foods. Also, because this was a part of a 365 day round the world trip a lot of times we would miss home. We just want some comforting food to eat that reminded us that our life was more normal. We do our best to try the main ones when we visit but sometimes just want some spicy curry
