Honestly, if I had to fix the Spider-Man sonyverse, I would: A: treat them as their own films without being the next bit "superhero" blockbuster. B: make them connected but stand-alone. And C: make them actual villains, not anti-heroes

Idk if I like the heroes we’ve seen wanting to kill people. I mean, yes, you did change the projects to be different, but I don’t know if the way to work their cinematic universe is through a Multiverse. It should be grounded when possible. If people like Venom, Morbius, and Kraven are good guys, maybe have Spider-Man as a villain, and creating doing a doomsday thing. Maybe they could tie it into the Multiverse, and have Andrew teleported into this universe to round out the team. This should have been Carnage that 688 Peter is connected to. But since Carnage is gone, and I don’t want to under utilize Toxin, it’s kinda hard to come up with an idea. Peter could be a cult leader and basically lead the flame cult in Insomniacs Spider-Man 2.
NOPE the sony verse can exist but not connected to the Spiderverse films dude, c'mon, if there is the ONLY good thing Sony is doing and you connected to the crap they been doing fix or not, that's easily just ruin the Spiderverse films, so thank god this is just fanfiction.
