    I've been doing her stretches for over 2 weeks. Wow. My back is at least 50% better, & I'm almost 80! It works wonders.

    I could hardly move from stiffness. Started doing this almost daily. I loosened up so much I now do my daily walks in half the time at a speed that’s amazing……really works wonders . Thank you

    I have been jogging alot it is good therapy but bad on my knees I can still jog thanks to Miranda and her programs. I love to jog now I can thank you Miranda

    OMG! This routine is healing hip issues that I could not seem to sort out with a P.T. I went for a 5 mile hike several days ago and although my hips were a bit stiff towards the end of the hike, there was no pain! Thank you Miranda for sharing these online. Looking forward to doing the Fascia release exercises today :>)

    I am so grateful that I stumbled (literally) upon this channel. Going through for the very first time. I feel so awkward. Everything is shaky and popping. But, it feels sooooo good. I just took a new job that requires me to be on my feet for hours. I didn't think that I was going to be able to do it. Now, there is some hope. looking forward to seeing where this leads. Thank you.

    So grateful for the truth that our normal functioning bodies that are not diseased or burned should NOT be in pain. Been doing classical stretch and essentric work outs for over a year, I am pain free, full on Energy and in my 40's able to keep up with my 2 year old, grateful for these exersises that really keep me young

    I used to wake up at 5 in the morning to do Miranda's exercises. My knee pain is totally gone! I'm back after 15+ years. I searched and searched and found Miranda on TH-cam. Thank you Miranda!

      Yes again! I stopped doing her exercises after my knee pain went away. I'm back after 15 years or more. This time, it's for my hip pain that comes and goes when I get out of bed. Some mornings, I can't even stand up straight or walk from the pain. Yes, I'm so happy I found her again.

    Wow. I've done this about 4 days now and my, what a difference. Huuumm..🤔, I get to be a ballerina too so plus sign. Truly, I kid you not, I found myself sprinting from one end of my yard to the front of the house and doesn't sound like anything, but I really felt my body go full force without me stopping it. I haven't been able to run like that since I was a kid. I have tight hips too so this helps with my compound and iso performance as well. Ty

    I have been in so much back & leg pain for the past month. I was doing other exercises, but they exacerbated the pain. The past 3 days...3 WHOLE DAYS I have had some relief and I can lighten up on the pain pills. Thank you. I am awaiting my box set from Thirteen!

    From out of nowhere, I have been suffering with a left hip pain, for a couple of weeks now. I did this routine twice in a row; amazingly the pain has subsided! I will be doing this again tomorrow. Thank you!

    I just did this workout for the first time and already I feel better. I pulled muscles during a deep stretch yoga class ( full pigeon) on my left. Miranda is a miracle worker.

    I LOVE Classical Stretch!! I have been using it 2004ish. Miranda is like a part of our family 😊!!
    This episode really helps loosen up hips eases any low back pain.
    I use Season 4 Episode 21 when i am having a back pain attack or need to prevent it!

    Thank you so much for sharing this stretching. I have a chronic hip flexor problems on both hips and it’s stretching exercise help me loosening my join and can move again otherwise I’m so stiff that it’s hard to left up my legs....❤️❤️❤️❤️🇨🇦

    I have sciatica in my left hip and leg. Just did this program and I don’t feel the pain now. But while I was doing it I felt the pain. So it must have worked. Will do it again. It was healing. Thank you.

      Hi Eileen! I'm sorry to hear about the pain - I really do hope our technique brings you some relief. The technique is so beneficial to those who suffer from chronic pain because we encourage gentle, smooth, low impact movements. The trick is listening to your body. Try to work within a smaller, slower range to prevent the already inflamed area from becoming more irritated. Focus on the therapeutic aspects, in other words, moving and stretching up to the point before the tension occurs in your muscles. This takes a lot of focus and control in order to move into positions without irritating an area that is already inflamed and will help stabilize the joints and strengthen the tendons. Also, be flowy with your movements. This will help to promote blood flow which has a ton of healing nutrients. If you wake up feeling great, you can make your movements a little larger with more resistance but listen to your body as you go. Hope this helps - if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out!

    I want to do the work out so badly. I'm really trying to see, but with a white floor in a white chair, I just can't see. Then I feel frustrated and I want to quit.     I had double hip replacement 3 years ago and i still have some pain in my hips back and legs and as soon as i walk or exercice too much i have a lot of pain. Are these exercises good for that?

    The psoas stretch is the most important and most complicated one on there and I'm sad to say she talked all the way through it. I'd like some more mechanics on what's going on there and specifically how to every phase of that one. Maybe another video?

    Can I do that with hip pain presenting from damaged lower vertebrae, so much so that I cannot use stairs?

      Thanks for your comment! Please keep in mind that although our technique is very therapeutic, we are not doctors and cannot provide any medical advice. It is important to respect your physician’s advice in terms of any movement to avoid with your particular condition.
      That being said, these stretches can help. It is important to not push through any pain; you will want to go into the stretches only until you feel a gentle stretch, nothing big, do smaller movements and take breaks as needed.     Would it be alright to use a chair or bench which has a lower seat? My hip and knee joints complain if I use a normal chair!
