    Actually effective talaga ang LC & IF . Nagpa A1C test ako ng January, nagulat ako Kasi 5.7 sya , prediabetic range. Tapos nag low carb at nag fasting (14:10 to 16:8) ako for 3 months. Tapos nagpa test ako uli nung May naging 5.2 na. masaya ako sa resulta kasi sa feasting window, 3-5 times ako kumakain at 3-5 times coffee with MCT powder na creamer.

    Mas okey sabayan Ng pag hihirsisyo para mas madali ung fasting, gutom talaga ung Pina kalaban nyo Dito,pero dapat disiplimado talaga Mismo kaung nag pa fasting😊😊😊

    16hour ako my apps po akong ginahamit😊 8pm ako stop kakain Hanggang pag ka bukas na Ng 12noon 1201noom Hanggang 8pm nmn ung eating time ko pero dalawang besis din ako kumakaain sa 8hours eating ko my Cap lang ung kanina kc useless din ung 16hours ma Hindi ka kakain kung lamon Ng lamon Karin nmn sa 8hors eating time mo😊 mas okey my kasabay na vitamins line centrum or stresstab or enervon😊 nag binigay ung Ng energy dhil sa kulang Ng kaina kaya mang hihina ka talaga support lang c vitamins😊
