    ・FRUITS・
    ALL FRUITS are high carb EXCEPT:
    All kinds of berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries.. etc)
    Lemon
    Lime
    Avocado
    Olives
    Grapefruit
    Tomatoes (raw dapat)
    Coconut
    Watermelon
    -LIMITED INTAKE PO TAYO SA FRUITS KAHIT ALLOWED PA SINCE MAY SUGAR/CARB CONTENT PA DIN SILA.
    -If you are doing 0g Carbs, skip muna sa fruits.
    ・MILK・
    ALL TYPES OF MILK are high carb EXCEPT:
    Unsweetened Almond Milk
    Unsweetened Coconut Milk
    -If you don't like the taste of unsweetened almond/coconut milk, you can add Keto-Approved sweeteners.
    -If you are doing 0g Carbs, drinking unsweetened almond/coconut milk is not advisable.
    -If you are just maintaining your weight, you can use FULL CREAM MILK sa coffee or tea BUT make sure na konti lang. AND ALWAYS CHOOSE FULL FAT.

    Processed meat are ok BUT make sure na walang bad ingredient.
    -Always choose fatty parts over lean parts para more on fats pa din. Too much protein will be converted to glucose kaya make sure to not eat too much.
    -If you don't like fatty fish/protein, ok lang. Bawi na lang sa pag-add ng side dish or dips na high in fat. (Ex: Cheese, Avocado, add ng Olive Oil sa salad)
    -ALWAYS choose "real" meat over processed meat.
    -If you are doing 0g carbs or trying to lose weight, stop muna sa processed meat.

    Thanks sa mga videos ms. Aileen, madami ako natututunan, ikaw next ko finalow after Doc. Josephine Grace Rojo- I'm a t2d diagnosed last Sept. 1, 2021 with FBS of 19.54 at ginawa kong guide mga tinuturo mo kasabay ng prayers, some exercise, supplements, and taking metformin at mga diet na nasa video mo. Kaya ngayon, at this very moment after 19 days ko ginagawa ang ang low carb. diet - ito na, good news, nasa 87-100 na lang naglalaro ang sugar ko using my glocuse meter. Kung hindi man accurate ang glocumeter, babalik ako sa Oct. para magpa blood chem. ulit pero kahit ganun, good news pa din, mababa na sugar ko. Thank you!

    To minimize this, you can try a regular low-carb diet for the first few weeks. This may teach your body to burn more fat before you completely eliminate carbs.
    A ketogenic diet can also change the water and mineral balance of your body, so adding extra salt to your meals or taking mineral supplements can help.
    For minerals, try taking 3,000-4,000 mg of sodium, 1,000 mg of potassium and 300 mg of magnesium per day to minimize side effects.
    At least in the beginning, it is important to eat until you’re full and avoid restricting calories too much. Usually, a ketogenic diet causes weight loss without intentional calorie restriction.

    To all those people na nagkeketo stay strong po tayo.. I know some of you like me or majority especially sa nag sstart plng jn ng keto diet were struggling from mga sabi sabi like dina daw tayo kumakain ng maayos kc dami nating inaavoid na foods na ang alam nila is healthy nman dw pero just like sa namention ni ma'am aileene there are some na galing sa healthy food nman sana but naging unhealthy because of the ingredients bsta madami na bawal and unhealthy tlga.. hindi kase nila alam na ganun na lang kadami nating alam when itcomes sa food na bawal nga.. very informative video..     I'm doing low carb diet pero may cheat day ako every sunday. Like 2 kutsarang rice. Or pizza. May time na burger rin. Bumaba naman timbang ko ng 5 kilos for 3 weeks

    Hi po natutuwa po ako sa explaination mas naintindihan ko po ang sinasabi nila na low carb pero may question parin ako
    1. Pwede ba ang tofu sa diet pero ang tofu products bawal, tama po ba?
    2. Sa nutrition facts dapat mas mataas si fats OR protien kaysa carbohydrates para masabi low carb or mataas si fats AND protien vs carbs?
    3. Yung nanay ko gumawa ng coconut oil, pwede po ba yun?
    4. Ileless po si dietary fiber sa carbs para malaman po ang net carbs tama?
