    I honestly put a lot more RTV on haha, Ill probably stick to just pulling the lower radiator hose for draining from now on since its so much quicker anyways.

    Can it be sealed with ptfe tape?

    If my dorman radiator drain plug is bad and it is dripping does it only drip when the car is running or only drip when the car is parked or will it drip all the time snice the plug is bad?

      It may unscrew all the way out.

    I have a brand new radiator and just replaced m thermostat housing I drained the coolant a little bit and my petcock won’t stop leaking either

    That silicone is polyurethane based?

      Not 100% sure, it may have been silicone based.

    Ahhh, just throw a little egg white into the radiator cap opening and it'll probably be fine lol.

      That's a Jeep thing... It's a brand new radiator with a leaky petcock. Everything's built like crap..UGH!

    Why my radiator is leaking when the radiator cap is open but when is close there is no leaking ing petcock

      I am not sure, doesn't make any sense because when the cap is on the system is under pressure. When the cap is off it releases the pressure in the cooling system. Are you sure it is the radiator petcock leaking and the coolant isn't finding its way from somewhere else?

      @@HomeOwnerRepair not sure sir,but the leakage is under of petcock but now i observe the leak is gone but the coolant is decreasing ..the total i put coolant is 3 liters but when i start the car is discreasing

    Yup lets not do it the right way and get the '"NEW" radiator warrantied cause that would cost us double the work.

      This WAS a new radiator. Everything is built like complete shit.

      Really stupid comment @benj1236 If you'd bother to watch the video before mouthing off, you'd know that it was already a new radiator that was leaking.
