Well done! That was a lot of work!
That 2" pipe deformation is kinda scary... I was worried you'd get a leak somewhere
Never would have thought a Crimping tool like that could make a water proof seal . Thanks for sharing. Liked and subbed.
We saw Chris, but we haven't seen you yet.
Great job as always, man. You are freaking the best.
Man I sweating so glad you got it fixed
When these kinds of jobs are done right, it makes anyone feel good.
✌️

Lookin good boys!!! Happy New Year
I would have soldered that but good job man
How long did it take to install the new piping?? Congratulations on a fantastic job!!!
I think Milwaukee owes you. You may have sold a few of that tool. Definitely faster than solder.
Happy New Year.
Great Video. Good Job and Nice Work. It is looks nice and beautiful. Thank you for sharing. Happy New Year. How to know which Pipe is water supply and which Pipe is water return pipe ?
I like you, you are cool, and good at what you do, I love that you care. ❤
I wonder if the creases on the skirts for the large pipe fittings are for better clamping force, so the fitting is less likely to move. The seal is made by the o-ring in the middle, so some creases in the skirt really shouldn't hurt that since they're all even with each other.
Nice work. I would have tapped the vertical section on the LHS for one of the pairs. (I may also have put a 2nd pair for the future - but to a dead ended ball valve). From there you could tie in horizontally to the 2 feeds.
Looks a far cry better than before 😊😊😊
You need a oscillating tool. Really helps in tight spaces
I actually have the milwaukee M12 Oscillating tool but won't get a straight cut out of it. Maybe there is an attatchment big enough to cut 2 Inch pipe? Thanks for the heads up 🤙🔧⚡️ Happy new years!
Just a suggestion to mark your fittings with a sharpie for insertion depth and an x on pipe at each fitting after confirming it has been pressed.
Were you in a no torch, no sweat area?
This guy made things more complicated. It was necessary to add all those fitting. I bet he charged a lot more than the job called for.
Happy new year. How old are you ane whats your exit strategy for life after the field? I just took a management job at 31, worried about the long term effects on my body and its more money
I don’t trust any old looking valves. I’ve bought a ton of multi families and one I recently bought I went into the basement on a Sunday to check some stuff out and closed a valve and sure enough it started leaking when I went to open it back up. Then I had to rush around trying to get it fixed on a Sunday.
I remember that leak repair day ....
Nice! That was a tricky spot to get into to make that repair. Thanks for watching & happy new year! 🔧⚡️
The insurance industry is driving hot work out of commercial buildings. They require permits being documented, reported and filed. The propress repairs will just about eliminate solder repairs in the future.
Grab the torch
Why did the fitting dented so bad Looks good though
I hear that pro press doesn't work good on bigger pipe. Hope it does
Not true . we have been pressing up to 4” pipe , copper and black iron Mega-Press , even low pressure steam without any issues for 8+ years
That tool sure seems to damage the pipe. not seen that amount of distortion over here tbf.
For the 2 inch pipe, it does seem that way. Looks like it crimped the pipe to where it doesn't look round anymore. It was the first time using that sized attatchment. As far as the 3/4" & 1/2" pipes, it looks normal. Not sure why. What does "TBF" mean? Thanks for watching & happy new year!🔧⚡️
Definitely no time for soldering lol
I don't like that crimping tool it does a poor job on the finish product
one weep and it's 2025
This whole manfold is just stupid in my opinion. Its years of hack jobs on top of hack jobs. Besides why you go for 2 big "T" insted of one big and one small after that?
Christian is the best helper. Patience at 100 💯 %.
