@@venom5809 Personally I no longer go to church because of the uncontrollable hypocrisy with the modern church movement. But spiritual leaders do make good points.
@@michaelz8235 They're full of shit, got 3 in my subdivision in big million dollar plus houses driving Mercedes, BMWs etc. All these guys spew the same feel good, blah blah blah bullshit that you can get from a 100 different books out there. If you need to listen to some dude to figure out how to get your life together honestly you are probably pretty fucked. If someone can come from another country with no money in their pockets and barely know English and can become a doctor or something else then you guys should hardly need to these guys to tell you how to get your lives together. LOL
I was feeling literally burnt out for being working everyday, i was so exhausted that i just wanted to cry but i didn’t even have the energy to do so, but i saw this video and dunno how i felt motivated and powerful again 😃 Thank you Ryan you are the best!!
"If you take care of the work, the work will take care of you." - that's another one of your quotes I've learnt. I lost my motivation and drive to push the hard things recently and definitely needed the reminder.
I discovered Ryan a few months ago via Casey Neistat's video, touring an NYC high-rise. I bought his book on audio, Sell it Like Serhant. Ryan is one of the best teachers out there, not only on real estate, but on life. He's a true genius in conveying success principles. One of my heroes.
I wish i was taught a lot of this...i already had everything against me having no family other then a single mom not to mention its like i come from a dream generation... like everyone really believed wishes come true. My other favorite quote "If you're really careful enough nothing bad OR GOOD will happen
Such a great motivating vlog. Raised me from bed to work. This world needs people like you to become the better place to live. I just love the way you are. More power to you my friend and may all your dreams come true. God Bless your lovely wife and daughter. They are so lucky.
I hate reality television but got to say got hooked on MDLNY from the get go. Found it fascinating. I am a nurse. No ties to real estate whatsoever. Ryan, the advice and insight your giving away for free...people pay a fortune for. Many, many thanks to you. No doubt you have changed countless lives. You do remind me of a younger Tony Robbins. God bless. Keep up the good work. Love ya.
My advice is to build a network of people you trust and can talk to openly. So make sure to have at least one friend (just one or two are already enough) whom you can turn to when things get rough. Ideally, you have one within the industry and/or company you're working in plus one in a totally unrelated field. The latter one is even more important as this friend will help you with an outside, unbiased view, help you put things into a greater perspective and likely ask questions an insider can't because its a blind spot to them! However, when seeking these mentor friends, make sure they have a similar drive to achieve something big or at least have an area they are super passionate about to a degree where they give it their everything as aligned attitudes and values in these friendships / mentorship relations are key to makeing them work.
This man is an absolute legend and inspiration not only to people in real estate, but across all industries! Ryan, your charisma and Outlook is a force to be reckoned with. Even though I’ve never met you, I feel like you are so relatable and for myself, getting into real estate has been a passion of mine For several years. I am taking my real estate license exam for New Jersey on Monday, and I couldn’t be more thrilled and ecstatic to follow my passion and make my dreams a reality, big thanks for you for being a mentor of sorts, love ya man!
Dammit Ryan this brought tears to my eyes. The pressure I feel on a daily basis from my own expectations is hard enough. Some days I don't even know how to take on more. Then there's my anxiety which can throw a wrench into my day. Mental health is everything, if I can't keep my head in the moment and be present then I'm no good to anyone. One thing I found that helps is repeating the following, "Today's reality won't be the same tomorrow." When I loose myself I repeat and it helps me get back to being present. Thank you Ryan for sharing your story.
Man i really needed this today, this past week was tough for me, im also a real estate agent, in dubai, and im usually on top of my game. But i guess we are all human and this past week the pressue really got to me, i love your videos ryan, and i listen to your motivational talks everyday as i get ready for work, i have them saved on my phone. so just want to say THANK YOU, because of content like this and your other videos, it pushes me forward and shows me to never give up. I will be part of your team one day in NYC :)
Anyone noticed The music really adds a compelling - dramatic - convincing vibe 😅 after this video I procrastinated 2 hours on TH-cam ✅and rewatched to remember the encouraging -Wise words. (Especially the mental health and time with spending people who matters) I joke but millionaires have the smoothest speeches because when you can think clear you can speak clear and money is always believable. When did you ever see a viral video from a bum or homeless man on the streets ? No one wants to listen to someone broke . But beautiful minds are destroyed by poverty , procrastination, and PRESSURE Everyday! Money definitely preserves you & projects your relevancy in today’s world .🤷🏽♂️
"PRESSURE" A truly timely and eye-opening subject for me. It gave me a breakthrough realization: right in the middle I recognized that I either run so fast and so automatically from pressure I'm scarcely conscious or, if I find myself already in the middle of it, my self-talk is so weakening and fear based I 10X the negative and almost crush myself. No wonder my life is so tiny compared to my dreams! So now I am redefining "pressure" for empowerment; I'll make pressure my friend. Thanks, Ryan.
I just want to say Adrian really deserves a lot of credit for how popular this vlog has became. So well produced!! Love the music choices, the slo-mo, hell even Ryan's mug in the frame isn't that bad ;) Great stuff guys, thank you!!
Thank you Ryan! I’ve been following you for quite a while and decide to start my world tour and share my findings with people around the World as well ! Thank you for this inspiration
Ryan, your vlogs give me life. I am a door to door salesman and recently I have been struggling hard and the motivation and discipline has been low but you always manage to say the perfect words to get me fired up again and want to take tomorrow by the horns. Thank you so much for all of the valuable insight that you give in every one of your Vlogs I just wanted to say I appreciate it on a level that is difficult to express. So thanks for being such a badass. You sir just got yourself not 1, not 2 BUT 3 SHORTY AWARD VOTES (regular, fb, and twitter)
This was awesome! I love that you are diving into mindset stuff and also everyday challenges. It's the difference between those that "make it" and those that don't. I think so many great people before were reluctant to talk about their down moments but it's a huge inspiration!
Ryan thank you so much, I am a new real estate agent in my country Trinidad and Tobago, and I always use you for motivation and inspiration. From deep down I really appreciate you and your vids. From Afiya Gibson Charles 😁

As a Pastor once said "A weight can either crush you or make you stronger". It's our choice of what the pressure does to us.
Yes!

@LL AA LMAO! I said a Pastor. Not a Priest.
