I started watching your videos at the beginning of this pandemic back in April. I got laid off and for the first time I was on unemployment. Down and depressed I stumbled upon one of your motivational videos. Within a month I researched where I would be happiest living that also had booming real estate opportunities. Fast forward to today and I just got my real estate license and me, my wife and 2 year old packed all our things and moved from the middle of nowhere Tennessee to Tampa/Clearwater Florida!
