Ryan you REALLY do help people, because you know what... I just got my first listing today, I watch your videos every day and today I said to myself that I would DO something. I got on the phone, called an fsbo I've been making a connection with and told her that I would sell her house, she asked me how and I told her because I am the hardest working agent out there, that I will give all my marketing skill, etc to sell her home. So thank you Ryan for giving us realtors (especially younger ones) the biggest motivation to go out there and work our butts off.

Now, I have a nice tight route in a 2 mile bubble next to the house. Last year I matched my teaching salary. This year, even with the Covid-19 thing going on, it’s been my busiest and most successful year...realtors call me all the time to clear up their green pools and for inspections.

The funny thing about all of these fields. Is that a boils down to all of the same principles the very successful in all of their fields have the same exact principles. Im in school and I realized ridiculously late that you HAVE to HAVE a SYSTEM.
I just got my real estate license in NH at 21 years old. This is my biggest struggle because i'm young. People probably look at me and think "Damn, i've got shoes older than this kid." The only thing that keeps me going is knowing i'm setting myself up for the future. Each day i spend building my confidence, knowledge, and real estate game.
prepare well and convince, your challenge is to overcome those assumptions. Be covincing but dont push the people into buying. Just do your job, earn respect first and te money later. be patient, sounds like you have a great future ahead (unlike me). good luck.
