    Sifu, Thank you for all the ideas you shared. I’ve been watching your videos for more than two months and it changed my mindset to better myself. I was a heavy smoker for 11 years, I used to hate reading books, I’m obese and never had the motivation to exercise. But now I am two months clean from smoking, I lose more than 10lbs in a month with regular exercise and eating healthy, and for the first time in my 31 years in this world I am reading at least 4 hours a day just to improve my self. Actually the very first tool that I finished was the f.u. Money.

    I use this strategy on Twitter a lot. People send DMs or ask a ton of questions. I don't get frustrated with them I just immediately send the Calendly link. If they don't pay for my high ticket program, they become a member of my membership community.

    I am doing pretty good with Shopify and Amazon FBA, and i showed the numbers to my co workers. They kept on asking me how I did it.
    I followed your advice and have them set an appointment with me instead of giving them all the info at work
    10 of them quit there job and focused on the business.
    I still kept my job because i love doing it.

    In theory this is excellent. But everyone watching this is not just going to sit back and wait for the call. Not very practical. What’s practical is to master the cold call. I wouldn’t have had success in real estate if I didn’t make 100 calls a day. Nobody was calling me for shit. I had to practice everyday on my pitch. I mastered it. Yea a good 80% of my connects were not interested but the other 20% were asking me what I think there property is worth 1 1/2 minutes into the call. Your pitch just has to be perfect along with your tonality. That’s key. So good luck to people not making the call. That’s not the best advice. You have to put yourself in a position where after 1-2 years of hustle and smart work, people will begin calling you. And that won’t happen unless you eat shit and get on those phones.

      That's if you don't have money for marketing.
      IF you do have money and great marketer that can get a constant influx of leads calling tou Dan is right.
      Also Dan specifically is only teaching from the attraction marketing perspective as people like Grant Cardone and Jordan Belfort and many more teach from a cold calling perspective
      So Dan is not giving bad advice but teaching from an inbound call/attraction marketing perspective.

      Also i worked with many homeowners selling services to remove home violations and our model was attraction marketing so we didn't call anyone instead they called us and the closing rate was insane because they were calling us already viewing us as experts/consultants.
      Not only did they have to call us but then they had to book an appointment and in many cases come to the office the same day or week.
      So you see everything was about the customer coming to us giving us the upper hand.

    You know what really surprised me? You're not monetizing this video! It means that you really wants to help people. Most of the youtuber out there, they just go for 80℅ maybe 60℅ of the info and they earn from that amount of percentage of knowledge. Which is for me kinda selfish. But, you.     Positioning = when you call them, you are the sales person. When they call you, you are the expert to solve their problem!

    I’m not in any phone sales business industry but i studied psychology in college and it’s the best thing i ever did because you can use that on people to get what you want when it comes to getting sales or a better reaction because you know how they’ll answer when you say this or say that.

    This is a really great video and it’s true when a prospect calls you you become the expert. BUT there is one fundamental flaw.
    To get started in sales, customers won’t be calling you, you’ll be sat looking at your phone for weeks doing nothing, UNLESS you call them, or alternatively go get a bank loan to spend on ads and HOPE your phone rings.

    I totally had a very big misunderstanding towards sales job! After joining your TH-cam channel, I had a totally 360 degree changed perspective towards sales position. I was pretty reluctant to accept a sales job offer back then, however right now I am extremely excited to embrace it and understood the potential of mastering this skill.

    If you’re a beginner you don’t want to do it this way, at first I’ll tell my customer to call me and more than half of them won’t do it , but when I ask for their number and say someone will call them to confirm the order and the shipping modalities suddenly it radically increased my conversion.

    Man you hit the nail on the head. For me as a consumer, I hate sales men, and I hate them because I know all they want to do is make a sale and no care in the world for what my needs are. I have never sold anything but have been told I could be a good sales man because I help informing other shoppers of certain things if I see someone having trouble understanding something.
    It was also the same shit when I looking for which military service I wanted join while in high school. The Marine recruiter was pushy as hell and when someone is trying to rush and force me, flags in my head go up saying motherfucker is setting you up for something that will fuck you.

    Great video Dan.....the psychological thing is an added bonus but for nothing else, this is an OUTSTANDING way to not waste
    time....no more phone tag or wondering if the prospect saw your email, etc. I personally use calandly (the free version) and it is outstanding....keeps me so much more organized and I don't waste time chasing people who may or may not be qualified

    Thanks for the idea validation. Most of my clients come to me as referrals. I use a booking site, and require each client to book all calls/appointments through that portal. For one, it negates that annoying back and forth B.S. "When are you available?". Furthermore, clients book the specific activity they wish to discuss. I never thought about this as a closing strategy. Sheds new light on my methods. Great tips! Gunny

    OMG Dan, you're Amazing!! So true about spending days on proposals, only to send an email with no response back. From now on, I'm using your method. Actually, yourast video worked on a sales call today. I have been calling on this account for almost 1 year, today I gave them two options: yes or no. I'll think about it is not on the table and though they said no, I can now move on and spend my time elsewhere.

    Wow now I’m learning the right way to do sales .     Dan, i dont know much about you and have only watched a few videos. However, i think its ironic/genius that your marketing tactic is to show people how well you close deals on youtube. Your audience is impressed, prospective clients are impressed, and they are more likely to make a deal based on that marketing. Its a self fueling fire. The epitome of a good business model. Cheers

    i was a customer and that agent do this to me and at the end of the day i called him and its done. he solved my issues regarding my condo rental with this kind of customer services. Yeah i booked a time to call the agent because thats what he asked me first.

    Good Morning! I am The King of Simple Services(TM), and love the idea of them calling you, because, in simple services, we print out fliers to put on doors in good neighborhoods, and people call us. We have been positioning from the beginning, without knowing anything about that terminology. In fact, do you also find it curious that most people start in business with a simple service, and then graduate (go down a notch, actually) to sales and marketing. They were already in "positioning" and have to play Big Business (by copying the dumbest things corporate America does).
    I love simple services!
