Rahul Ahluwalia, Director, Foundation for Economic Development, spoke (in English) at the panel discussion organised by the India Policy Institute, at Guwahati, Assam, on 23 October 2022, on how regulations impact economic welfare.
He spoke about the impact of good regulation in reducing poverty. He showed that while people sometimes talk about income inequality, it is actually the availability of neutral and transparent regulation that actually helps the poor.
