I went to high school with her and her butt is real. Please be conscientious of what you say before you say it. She was a track star (who broke the girl record for something in track) and her name is on the wall in the gym, she also played volleyball and was amazing, and worked out so so much and above all else was super sweet to everyone (hence her name Saweetie- they also called her this in high school)

Going makeup-free was the best choice I ever made for my self-esteem. I used to hate my appearance so much and the less makeup I wore, the more confident I felt. Haven't worn makeup at all in 2020 and haven't worn it regularly in over a year
I've been makeup free for years now. It's amazing! I can wipe my eye when dirt gets in it, and scratch my face without worrying about smudging my fakeup.

Freelee, please do a review of the medical medium. He promotes healthy food and diet regimens, but I feel like his plans are low calorie. For an example his 28 day cleanse is very small!

ummmm sorry to burst your bubble but yes they do! it works like this - parasites lay tens of thousands of eggs and people preparing food have been found to have eggs under their fingernails. these eggs then transfer to the dish, and final destination - your body. GROSSSSSS. undercooking flesh (which is not uncommon) will leave parasites and/or eggs living thus increasing the possibility of infestation. for years one of my non-vegan family members is suffering terribly from an infestation after eating undercooked dead bird. no way i would be risking that!!

I go to work every week with no makeup on, not even mascara. I love sitting down before a big event and taking the time to do my makeup. I truly enjoy it.
The Frugivore I literally go weeks at a time without putting makeup on :/ it’s wonderful and I love it but I also love painting my face and playing with colours. It would be nice if you could stop addressing us as free women whilst simultaneously trying to get us to bow down to your one way of doing things. Real free women mind their damn business about things other women do when it’s as minuscule as whether or not someone wears makeup

As someone who both goes with and without makeup, i know for me atleast i dont wear makeup because i feel forced to do it, i enjoy sitting down and doing my makeup, i find it relaxing in the morning to sit and donmy makeup, but i also go out without makeup When i dont feel like doing it...

Freelee! I really love you and all your videos but I have to say something on the topic of skin. Everyone’s skin is different. For many people, no matter how clean and pristine their diet is, their skin can still be poor quality. Yes fixing your diet worked for you but it won’t work for everyone. My diet is similar to yours but I still have cystic acne and oily skin, even after seeing a dermatologist for five years.
Also she reached an age were acne usually clears up! I really think cutting out dairy help with acne but you are absolutly right!

I will say I do wear makeup. But it’s not a necessity. However I really have never liked facial hair which helps me cover it up. I’m continuing to do laser treatments to avoid any more hair growth on my face.

I’ve never worn make up on a day to day basis. Only for the occasional dress up day. And one thing people have always said is that I have lovely skin and they ask me what I do. My answer is literally nothing. I put nothing on my skin, not even soap. I just rinse with water.

I gotta say, I’ve been vegan for 4 years, meat free for almost a decade. And of course high fruit and vegetables most days and my skin is still awful and i deal with painful acne. Some people are just either prone to acne due to sensitive skin or have a hormon imbalance. The only thing that helps me is special cream my dermatologist provides for me.
those dermatologist creams are one of the reasons your skin is still less than the best. get rid of those of those pore-destroying chems. you also need to pay close attention to your fat intake, go to cronometer.com and work it out, if its often above 10% for day then it can impact negatively on skin quality. this will also help regulate hormones. minimal nuts. exercise and pump lymphatic system regularly. sunshine on skin. hydration, hydration, hydration. pay attention to food combinations.

I stopped wearing makeup during quarantine since I wasn't really going anywhere. I realized I actually like my face. It's just fine the way it is! Now I don't cover my freckles and draw on the eyeliner when I leave the house. It feels so great.

Not all Beekeepers exploit their bees and beekeeping actually helps to maintain the bee population. I do agree with the vegan lifestyle but some things (like honey, backyard chicken eggs, ect..) just aren't harmful to animals and I don't have a problem with using them.
I agree with diet having a huge impact on the skin. When I cut out dairy my skin got do much better! I don't break out nearly as much and my skin feels tighter and more youthful, like I got botox or something (not that I know what botox feels like I have a terrible fear of needles).
Yes! Cheese and dairy has a lot of unwanted hormones that used to mess up with my face, I'm trying to be vegetarian so I can transition to being vegan later but I totally see the change already!

Yes a change in diet will complete transformation your skin I hate when people say they have chronic acne and nothing’s helped I was that way as well . Doctors will charge you for overpriced medicine it’s insane . That or you will pay for massive amounts of products. My skin was so oily my pores were always open . After I changed my diet and started drinking water all my problems went away .

I’ve never worn make up in my 28 years of life. I was glad to have been brought up without much television and I really don’t want to be wasting my time trying to put stuff on my face. And it feel more free! I don’t have to worry about sweating my face off or if something is misaligned 😅🤣 I love the make up free feeling.
I'm 23 and haven't worn makeup for 3 years now. And I only ever wore makeup to highschool choir concerts and graduations. And even for that the minute I finished putting it on I couldn't wait to take it off. I hate how makeup feels ok my skin.
