If you're thinking about moving to Georgia to live a calm, peaceful life and growing a family. Move to Augusta GA. Approximately 2hrs away from Atlanta.
@sylviadyerra I would recommend you to look up Evans or Martinez near Augusta GA. Both places are very nice and affordable. There are lots of good restaurants, parks and shopping centers, but I must warn you, there aren't many things to do if you're the type of person who's into a lot of activities. But Atlanta is 2 hours away from you.
Roswell, johns creek, Alpharetta are all very nice (many entertainers live there). Woodstock, peach tree city and Smyrna are fine. A hidden gem south of Atlanta is McDonough. Biggest consideration for these places north of atlanta is traffic. Its not really mentioned here, but traffic can be challenging depending on the time of day, especially in atlanta. It also matters what’s important to you. Different areas vary depending on if you like nature, home size/quality/price, if you like nightlife and socializing and if crime/poverty levels are a concern for you.
The north metro areas are real expensive now, a lot of working class people can’t afford it anymore. So a lot of working class people are heading further north to places like Jasper or Ellijay, or having to move south of Atlanta. Love Georgia and specifically north Georgia, but it is too expensive for the average person unfortunately.
Going by compared data, the overall best collection of places that are clumped together in one part of the state is most of North Fulton and the bordering areas... 👍
Would be great if you showed a map with the upcoming city that you are talking about before each one. It would give a geographical idea of where they are
If you had to live out of your car, what city would you choose to park in and why? What resource’s does that city have that could help you survive and what opportunities that could improve your life?
Dont come for savannah like that. crime rate is high but its way better now. Its beautiful and you have river street and beaches on top of popular shopping destinations and top notch eateries. ❤
Wrong. You won’t find many houses for that in Roswell. And it’s in metro Atlanta. So is ptree city, so is Marietta which has become a dump. All of these are too close to Atlanta. Try Augusta, Savanah, or Valdosta.
Yea it's evident this guy isn't from Georgia nor did he do his research. I live in Atlanta. He didn't mention 1 city outside the suburbs of Atlanta. Savannah, Augusta are both great places to live. With areas like Evans, Pooler, Richmond Hill, Georgetown etc its more to Ga than just the Atlanta metro area. And if you're going to pronounce the name of the city, do it correctly. Dee-kay-tur and Can-tin Decatur and Canton. Just like it's good to proof read an essay its good to review your videos before posting.

I thought I was watching a video on the country of Georgia 🇬🇪 since the beginning literally shows the Georgian flag 🇬🇪, but no, it’s just the state in the hellhole that is United States
LMAO!! This one is funny. Several of those places are the worst in Georgia. Not even worthy of being in the top 25 best places, much less the top 10. I'm a Georgia Native, so don't argue with me about it. Your argument would be invalid, LOL 😆🤣🤣

You're correct 👍
Decatur is pronounced Dee-kay-ter...
Does anyone who is commenting that are actually from Georgia? Why are y’all not suggesting places to assist?? Thanks 😊

He made Decatur sound like a Pokémon.
Hi, you give wrong photo that’s not Georgia tblisi.
Jackson, Ga....my best place there..i have alot of kin people there...
Also there is Decatur and the City of Decatur two different places that are next to each other one is nice the other is full of crime.
I was wondering about that i knew one was a bad area not sure which one I'm guessing Decatur is the worst one?
the one that's hooked on to Dekalb County? Dekalb/Decatur off of Wesley Chapel, near Snapfinger Rd
Which one is family friendly?

Decatur where it's Greater! So funny how you pronounced it.

Why do you show the Republic of Georgia flag and then go one about the state of georgia in the us??? Clickbait!!!
Hahahaha
Exactly

Kennesaw, and Cartersville, should have been on this top 10 video, and channel.
If i work at Valdosta, which city should i choose to live in, please ?.
Hahira. It's about 15 miles north of Valdosta. Do Not live in Valdosta.
Also Canton, you got it wrong as well
Dee-cay-ter
No way He said Decatur like that 🤦🏽♂️
what did he call Lake Lanier?
Canton was so mispronounced 😂
Lake "Lan-yur"??????????????? "Dick-att-sure"??????? Why are the flag and photos of the country of Georgia mixed in? This thing is a mess.
Canton
Perhaps you can train your AI to pronounce the city names correctly.
Nice video, but PLEASE learn to pronounce the town names.
❤👍
Deck-a-tour?!!😅😂😂😂😂
It's Dee-kay-tur, as in Stephen Decatur from our 1776 history.
What a way to mangle a simple name! 😂😂
Smyrna is a wonderful place!
Instead of live music it said live, as in live in
Those prices are way off
Considering Georgia, but I need to make sure what area is best to raise (African American) family?
