I have visited all of these cities. Each one is unique. I lived in the quaint city of Darien and would often visit Brunswick and Saint Simons Island. Jekyll Island has an excellent trolley tour of the mansions.
It's part of Brunswick, I've lived here my whole life, 12 years on SSI And 28 years in Brunswick, it's all glynn County, it may have 16k in city limits , it's around 80 or 90k in the county
It is. You're correct. It's basically on the Eastside of Savannah, about 4 miles from downtown. There's also Sister's Island, Talahi Island, Skidaway Island on the Southside of Savannah, Sandfly (where Clarence Thomas is from), Whitemarsh Island, Whitmarsh Island and Ossabaw Island. We call them the Eastside Islands.
Actually, it is AND it's not. It's about 8 miles from downtown Savannah out President Street to the east. Most 'foreigners' don't consider it part of Savannah, but we who are from there do. L
Just like Brunswick is st Simon's, jekyll island, and little st Simon's, all are in glynn County, and st Mary's isn't part of Jacksonville metro, they are in 2 separate states, wtf? Get your facts straight
Bruh Brunswick should be at number 1 literally both Jekyll and st simons are part of Brunswick white people brought st simons from black people and made it a separate entity but since we conquered this land first it’s part of Brunswick always will be since we built at simons we have the best beaches in Georgia also and the best architecture out all these cities in your video Savannah’s architecture is great and their downtown is bigger does have a lot more to do there Brunswick has both modern and historic architecture downtown looks more historic than everywhere else in Brunswick unlike savannah Brunswick has shopping centers ,diners, and businesses all over savannah main attraction is downtown been there a million times savannah is boring outside of downtown Brunswick was even more boring a irrelevant city but a lot has changed and we having a lot of people from Atlanta moving here Brunswick has beaches ,hills ,swamps ,Everglades, wetlands ,forests for a small city Brunswick nature is diverse and is growing the fastest out of the cities in the video savannah is losing population sure Brunswick will never catch-up not even in 10 years but it’s growing very fast on google it says our population has reached below 16k but it’s a bit crowded here only dead part of Brunswick is downtown it use to be dead everywhere since 2018 a lot jobs ,activities ,housing ,maintenance has increased which brought Brunswick back to life

Would love more videos about the best coastal cities across the US. I’ve always dreamed of doing a coastal road trip around the US
Recently released one on South Carolina about a week ago!
Jekyll Island is technically a state park, not a city
Agree! As a life long GA resident I’d never consider Jekyll a city. 🤦♂️🤷♂️

Tybee Island is a beautiful place. However, it is a speed trap.
I thought Willmington Island was also in Georgia.

Some of these places charge a fee either for parking or to get on the island so if you don't know anybody you will probably need to pay
Only Jekyll charges to get on…only $10 but that also covers parking anywhere. All of these cities have free parking too
I think Jekyll is 12 now, they've gone up almost every other year for past few years
I live in Brunswick but only go to jekyll for summer waves or their Christmas lights, which is a sight to behold
Tybee Island and Savannah is the same thing
Lord. Savannah points in a direction and states “that’s” part of Savannah.

I just realized this video is old
The cities aren't in any particular order
Jekyll and St Simons are part of Glynn County, not Brunswick.
I think the Spaniards were there before you AUSER!
