No rest in between the planche and front lever because it’s a super set. But I would say rest 1.5 to minutes in between super sets. Thanks for watching
Idk why but i just unlocked 1 arm pullup this Saturday and I've been addicted 2 doing them ever sense but i unlocked oap 4 free i literally thought let's attempt a oap 4 fun and surprisingly i was just able 2 do i think i unlocked oap cuz of alot of front lever and front lever pullups as well it just came naturally and I'm also training 1 arm dip cuz 1 arm dip and 1 arm pullup r opposing muscle groups and i eventually wan be able 2 do 1 arm muscle up wiff clean form none of da momentum stuff that u see ppl do when doing a 1 arm muscle up
One arm muscle up cleaaan form is just beyond human being, with straight legs no swing it's not done yet. Yea maybe someone would do it in future idk, who knows
@@chebbi_sw No Brother , I believe in Barkage and the Real Fact Contents He make , The reason I asked was to Know the real Truth of Using Bands in F L Progressions Because sometimes I feel demotivated when it take so much time to achieve the Skills....I hope you know what I'm saying :(
@@chebbi_sw because of this , Doubts occurs whether or not I'm Progressions or not , many questions arise and Starts Overthinking and Feels Angry and Demotivated
@@vibesxyt7368 yea i was at your place i understand, but trust me, don't stress it, it will eventualy come true if you work well and hard for it and rest well. It just takes time, and you can notice losing strength session by session ( unless ur a beginner ) but thats how growth works.
Ah, I meant like what kind of workout split. Like, you do the planche and front lever on one workout, and then what do the following workouts look like, until the cycle repeats?

Its a superset, so no rest between the exercices in the same superset
