    It might just be coincidence and camera lens, but I consistently see one of his parallettes being arched upwards, and I'm just wondering, how the hell did he bend it upward? Also it's a full wood cylinder so I would guess it would be pretty hard to bend permanently without cracks

    Who could've known that one day, ill actually be thinking about reaching maltese as a simple goal. Your videos really helped me with achieving full planche and full planche push-ups,so in a few months after I'm completely conditioned and healed from some small injuries, i will also start training for maltese.

    Makes no sense. Bentarm Straightarm involves the same muscle groups more than Push/Pull. And you recommend the first one over the another because of fatigue etc.

    I got held up for years because I wasn't resting and I was overtraining by trying to do too many sports at once. I decided to only work on planche for a year and within a few months I was already doing straddle. Hard sessions and sufficient rest go a long way.

      @@_mariko791 yes I can, pretty easily but the back lever does not have anything to do with the front lever, the muscle groups are completely different, this is a common misconception. if you wanna learn the front lever don't focus on the back lever

    IMO, never leave the basics!! They will help you become overall stronger and will improve your skill training. Nonetheless, to be good at the skill, you must train it, Thats why i keep it real simple, skill day and basics day (push day, pull day)
