In Defence you need a good type of physique, I want to focus on my studies very hard but don’t want a bad physique too ( I mean ki mota na ho jaun) I want to maintain my muscle mass like this only, can please tell me how can I design a full body workout that can be finished in one hour?? And should I do full body workout 3x per week or two times only?? Only fitness influencer whom I think will reply me😂😂
