That’s my map for the first town my players visited. I sadly made it without filming it. But there are still a lot of similar locations they have to visit in the future 😁
what was the point of using the hex frames if not to magnet snap them together? wouldn't it have been easier to just glue the wooden hexes to the board?why not just use the magnet frames as they were intended? you could have reused them later in different configurations.
As I said in the video, I'm not really happy with using them like intended. I tried it out and it didn't really work for me. This project gave me a great opportunity to recycle them and not throw them away.
They may not have worked for a dungeon crawl but I agree you should have kept them loose. I think they would work well as designed for a reusable hex crawl system.
