I love that there are miniature power tools.

You can substitute silicon with packaging tape for this use case. Use it to form the walls of your temporary mold. Pay close attention to keeping a tight seal with the bottom edge of the base and keeping the tape vertical. Any variation can be sanded away.

These came out beautifully! I have to admit, I wasn't sold on this series of making flat board tiles when you first started, but now I can't wait to see how you add to the set next!

Such a cool job! I am making all the new models that come next year(wolf git mob) so it has a Moonclan vibe, gonna do what you did but gonna use face of the mangler(it fits surprisingly well) on cave squig and switch the head of the git.

Regarding the habit building: don't beat yourselves up if the stuff from books or videos does not work (this counts double if you have issues with executive dysfunction). Especially when it comes to times of the day. I am more of a night owl, so I'll put my hobby time in the hour(s) before going to bed and listening to some audio books while hobbying. Tried to wake up early and paint a few years ago but failed and lost motivation to paint. Also have a fail safe if daily does not work. I often just try to get seven or at least 5 hours of hobby done during the week.

I backed the kickstarter that included that tower model a few years ago, some of the best prints I’ve ever had. Happy to see you use it to such great effect!

Good points to keep in mind!!! I like to have several projects in progress so that I can continue on something while I might have to wait for paint or glue!

Doing a little everyday plus keeping hobby log for myself worked.

I am one of those lucky ones who finishes all my projects. I have a limited workspace and room for only one project at a time, maybe that helps. Otherwise I have no useful advice to offer except "finish it."
