no need to loosen motor mounts. I took the compressor shield clear off, then i spun the compressor belt off. then I loosened the last remaining compressor mount bolt. the compressor lines have two flexible lines attached to them so it can move enough to remove the control arm bolt. Just take care not to stress then ac lines too much to damage the ac system. no need to raise the motor and stress the axles and exhaust system pipes.

I ended up using a serpentine belt tool to loosen and tighten the front bolt. Total pain in my ass.
