Can't blame you for giving up the mobile mechanic gig. It's not fun lying on your back out in the cold. I did the mobile mechanic thing part time for a specific make and model vehicle. I also had a shop space to work in winter. You still have your equipment so you can do side jobs for some extra cash.

I have a 2009 Kia Rondo. It looks basically the same. Is that a 2.4 ? I replaced the hose housing and it kept leaking. I was in shade, also. Then the sun came in and I saw a crack where the top bolt goes into the whole housing unit. No wonder. I guess having good lighting is important. Would have saved me time. Now I have to start a slightly longer process. But at least the thermostat will already be in there and I don't have to struggle with lining it up and keep it from falling out. Great content. my preference is 500 microns or lower and a decay of no more than 1000 microns rise in 10 minutes . i dont use the 45 minute rule. check into a micron gauge . blu vac micron gauge and app on your phone . will amaze you how much moisture ur leaving in that system. check out tom lech or love2hvac, good information to learn from
