Probably some wealthy businessman who didn’t want children, but the wife did. So they went out a bought one. Or some farmers, who needed help with his farm ...nevermind, farmers 30 years ago didn’t have that kind of money. I’m guessing some middle to upper class family. The wife couldn’t have biological children. They went to the black market and bought one. He seems successful since he owns his own business, so I’m going to assume he was educated. That's my entire existence. My WHOLE LIFETIME ON THIS EARTH. That already sounds awful
How heartless can a person be to steal a small baby from his parents😭😭😭
poverty makes people's way of thinking go crazy. people resort to stealing, killing, scamming, hacking, all types of bad things just to have an easy way out of poverty, or just a mere day of being hungry, but in this case it was kidnapping, they must have planned it from the very beginning so they could sell the baby for adoption. Cruel world, but that's life. that's how people's mind work when put into such situations.
kidnapping babies was and still is a horrible issue in part of China. I really don't get how it could have happened.
@@ericshang7744 lol it happens in europe and usa too. Even crazier. U might wanna research pizza gate and adrenochrome

The adoptive parents did that because they paid specifically for a boy child. Remember China still had 1 child rule at the timehe was kidnapped. If these adoptive parents had trouble getting pregnant or had had a girl they would need to adopt a boy. In Chinese culture the male children are the ones who care for the aged parents apparently. If you only have girls then you are left to fend for yourself apparently.
@@vermontvampyre If it's culture we are talking about, it's the daughter and your daughter in law that takes care of the elders, as for the policy, it's 2 children policy and 3 children policy in specific provience, jia's family lives in countryside area, where none of these policy ever even existed, birth control is horrible, but you need to check your fact before throwing hats

When I was a baby my grandma put me by side and she’s playing Majiang (a traditional Chinese entertain) and I was stolen! luckily someone found out immediately and I was chased back , I just can’t imagine what will happen to me if I really got stolen from my family
Same think happened to me. My mom wasn’t exactly sure I was kidnapped tho. We were at this department store, she puts me down in between the clothes and asked my grandma to look after me then started to look for clothes. I disappeared with no trace only to be found on the upper floor of the store, alone. Imagine the fright my mom got since she tried to get pregnant with me for four years.
Similar story, my grandma was playing majiang when I was 4, but I was an idiot and I wandered off making my grandma think I was stolen

The saddest part is that, this is still happening today
Tyler I have no idea where you got that from, that’s an outrageous statement. It happened regardless of any policy, if a child was out on the open a criminal would take advantage. Also this did happen a lot in China but it’s been a lot better recently, with new technologies and a better policing force. Like anywhere in the world, kidnapping does still exist.
harter d nah man the one child policy is definitely a big factor especially for boys. Biys were much more preferable than girls while the policy was going on and there is no denying that. Sure there were probably cases where the motive was different but the increase of boy kidnappings definitely had something to do with the one child policy
Still happens today but the kidnappers are the chinese states and the victims are uyghur community.

January 14, 2020 this mother and others discussed their missing children. I am glad she has him back. Maybe in part to others seeing the video. Is there a longer story explaining how he was found?
And who raised him...?
Probably some wealthy businessman who didn’t want children, but the wife did. So they went out a bought one. Or some farmers, who needed help with his farm ...nevermind, farmers 30 years ago didn’t have that kind of money.
I’m guessing some middle to upper class family. The wife couldn’t have biological children. They went to the black market and bought one. He seems successful since he owns his own business, so I’m going to assume he was educated. Which leans towards my middle/upper class hypothesis.

They should have shown the adopted parents, the ones who bought a blackmarket child. They surely knew.
Yooo chill your assuming way to hard there for all we know they could have had no idea about the black market unless he said they treated him poorly then sure
Wrong. They could've adopted legally but then they couldn't lie and say it was their birth child to "save face", so they decided to BUY a PERSON. This is of course 100% illegal everywhere, meaning ALL human sales, child or otherwise, are "black market". If the child was abandoned it would be at an orphanage, they knew it was kidnaped and they BOUGHT A KIDNAPED HUMAN CHILD.
@@jessejohnson8562 They might have gone through what they thought was a local and legal adoption agent, yet the agent gave them a kidnapped child.
